oh i had a question for you guys actually -
"visibility" in this meaning like how well can you see intentional details that are in the dark i.e. the first figure below isnt just largely a black void to you etc (brightened pic on right for reference)
#not art#ignore the shit quality i just took a screenshot of a zoomed out wip canvas of the prev work#im just curious bc i can see the little details fine on my laptop but on my phone its just a dark void#which i dont mind for this piece bc obv i want it to be obfuscated a lot lol thats the point#and if i use a lot of dark colors i try to make it not look like completely incomprehensible on mobile before i post but you know#i do wonder if it's like prevalent bc sometimes on my pc monitor its also hard to see some stuff bc the contrast is higher/more vibrant...#like do you guys have to turn the brightness up to max to see something and then you briefly blind yourself lol. i dont want that...#i want some stuff to be a secret or obfuscated but i dont want it to be like a weird dark spot or anything like that#its not so much an issue on illustrations like this bc the outline does the heavy lifting but in portraits etc thats way harder to achieve#anyway. let me knoww.... <3

the ghoul pet update is here!
now you can give your nossie rats, cats, bunnies, birds or snakes! here's some examples of some of the critters now available;
we also now have some vaguely animal themed facial features and details. also added the vtmb nosferatu mouths in there along with a few animal themed ones for those who like weird teeth
this update also adds a bunch more accessories with 5 more masks, 5 more pendants/chokers, some more bg/extra options and ofc, a few new clothes;
and with this update, the item count has risen from 143 to 189! hope you enjoy! <3
Btw, new "large" updates like this are very very very unlikely to drop again, and whatever updates I drop likely won't be announced here either (though I do have a patch notes page for that stuff in case you're curious)
BUT I will still drop new stuff every once in a while - some will be dropped in themed "packs", i.e. "the Cleopatra pack" (and if you have any suggestions for those, I might add them <3), or alone if there's no large coherent theme to them. The maker also now has an update section in the desc that says the last update time!
Now this all sounds sooo formal and like indie dev-y lol, but this is still just a picrew and you're allowed to edit, redraw, take inspiration from and use these pics etc etc in whatever you want <3

Anyway you should all go follow @hipstersoulgushers-art if you wanna see amazing RvB Merc art (and if you are a Merc/Locus fan and don't follow them... What are you doing... 🤨) or if you wanna check out their Mecha series and other great stuff, they made some great armour designs too
i'm glad you included options for being the most annoying nosferatu on earth cause that means i could make a lore accurate version of my girl (she requires people who want her to hack things for the first time to offer additional payment through "the worst article of clothing you can steal from a thrift store")
loll I'm glad you could recreate ur girl, that's the ultimate goal <3 I tried to keep a nice balance of vtmb-esque bondage gear stuff, more basic/modern V5 grunge stuff, and then just weird/funky stuff… hence like the wii bowling banner and 'it's not gay in a threeway' t-shirt lol

Currently this maker has 5 different faces, 6 skintones, and several different, movable facial features. Also includes stuff like piercings, boils, and wounds on top of accessories like hats, masks etc. Ghoul pets probably incoming at some point too.. Pets are now here!!
! CW for blood, body horror, eye trauma, teeth etc. Basically, there are parts for walking masquerade violations so… Remember that.
You can request some stuff too if there are parts you would want added <3
