Born in a grand forest home of elks and ashen trees, Heronkit is a young, fiery tom, languidly destined to serve his home, FennelClan, as a dutiful and obedient warrior. But, he seems to be the only cat recognising the budding dangers that threaten the harmony of the three clans, and the path to discover the truth ahead of him is terribly warped and obstructed with hindrances.
Seemingly overshadowed by every figure in his life, Heronkit burns with the ambition to prove himself, determined to race ahead and claw out his own path in the soil, to ignite a blazing trail that will either shield or torrefy the cats he has sworn to protect.
