House of the Dragon Masterlist ♡

All pre-written and taken from my HotD book on Wattpad, I just decided to post them here as well cause why not!

(I do not take requests or write part twos (all pre-written), but please don't be shy to like, comment or reblog <3)

Posting update (1 January 2025) Everything I now post is queued, it is so difficult for me to log on and post because of college and work but I still want to post everything I've written so far! My engagement with comments, asks etc might reduce because of this but I will try my best to log on once or twice a week, it's just too much work atm :)

Disclaimer - I do not condone or defend any actions of any of the characters I write about. Writing is something I enjoy, and I hope others might find enjoyment in it too.

With that said all reader ages match the characters unless otherwise specified, there is no use of 'y/n' and no physical descriptions of the reader are provided either (so imagine as you wish). Every one-shot has warnings stated before but please read at your own risk!

If you wish to be added or removed from a taglist inbox me or comment <3

why do you normalise cheating in so many of your works?

this is acc a crazy take to have because where have I normalised it?? I have almost 200 hotd one-shots posted and maybe like 7 have infidelity (all correctly tagged btw) so you can skip them!

ik this is probably because of my newest Gwayne fic and nowhere in that do I promote or normalise infidelity.

Do people just assume once you flick that little anon button on asks what you say doesnt matter?

I've said twice before that I am happy to turn that setting off on MY page because tm people on here abuse it and yk what im probably going to now!!

Gwayne Hightower - Bad Things

Summary - Torn between her unfaithful husband, the fiery Daemon Targaryen, and the calm, captivating Gwayne Hightower, she finds herself drawn into a dangerous, secret affair. As the tension between passion and guilt rises, she discovers a side of herself she never knew existed.

Warnings - Sexual content (smut!), infidelity

Don't matter what you say, don't matter what you do. I only wanna do bad things to you. So good that you can't explain it. What can I say? It's complicated.

In the world we inhabited, a husband's infidelity was often dismissed as a trivial misstep, a careless indulgence forgiven without consequence.

Society reserved its harshest judgment for women who strayed, branding them with words like "treacherous" and treating their unfaithfulness as an unforgivable plague.

The double standard was suffocating, a twisted dance where his sins were seen as forgivable lapses, while hers were considered crimes against the very fabric of morality.

For me, such hypocrisy was more than theoretical. My husband was none other than the rogue prince, Daemon Targaryen—a man as captivating as he was capricious.

By daylight, I was his devoted wife, tethered to his stormy charm and reckless ambition. But when night fell, my heart betrayed him, its rhythms beating for another.

Gwayne Hightower. A knight of arresting beauty, with a strength of character that bewitched me from the first glance.

“Do you use ai?!?!? 🤓”

swear it’s always the ones ACTUALLY using ai bots etc that always has something to say about ai, clearly they know so much about ai that now everyone who’s a writer (with a brighter vocabulary then the hater) suddenly uses ai to write stories. I LOVE your stories don’t let them bring you down, especially if YOU know you aren’t using ai 🫶🫶

thank you so much my love lowkey it was making me insecure because i thought it meant my stories sounded too robotic or something 😭🫶🏼

Anonymous asked:

you don't have to reply to this but i just wanted to let you know that your writing is showing 100% ai generated on multiple detectors.

Hi! I want to reply to this tbh I want to clarify again that I do my writing myself and I actually write directly on wattpad so it shows the process with revisions. I know those AI detectors can be unreliable or flag writing unfairly (they flag my own name and student number as AI generated for my college work sometimes 😭) but I totally understand where you're coming from.

If you want to see the revisions on wattpad or even the way i draft out my works, I'm happy to share <3

Harwin Strong - Whispers and Tales

Summary - She faces a betrothal to the notorious Harwin Strong. As whispers of violence swirl, she finds herself caught between her mother's indifference and the warnings of his brother. She must decide whether to trust Harwin or the rumours that threaten to destroy her future.

Pairing - Harwin Strong x reader

Warnings - None

Word count - 2265

"It is a perfectly respectable match," my mother muttered, dismissing me with that same air of detached indifference that had defined our relationship for as long as I could remember.

She did not so much as look up, her voice brittle as if discussing trivial household matters and not the fate of my entire life.

"But he is called Breakbones. Does that not strike fear into you, even a little?" I demanded, my voice taut with anxiety.

My fingers twisted the ring on my hand, a cold circle of destiny I couldn't escape. I paced before her, my movements restless, each step a silent plea.

"It does not matter," she said with a shrug, her tone a cruel blend of apathy and practicality. "You will be the Lady of the largest castle in the Seven Kingdoms."

She continued sifting through her jewellery box, her delicate fingers selecting and discarding pieces as though the sparkle of rubies and diamonds mattered more than my fears.

To her, my protests were nothing more than the whining of a child over broken toys.

Cregan Stark - By Choice or Chance

Summary - Weary of courtly schemes she entrusts her brother Jace to choose her suitor—only to be blindsided when he selects his closest friend. Chaos and wit ensue as she wrestles with frustration, family bonds, and an undeniable spark. A reluctant union begins to feel like destiny.

Pairing - Cregan Stark x Velaryon reader

Warnings - None

Word count -2339

"I am so utterly tired of this," I groaned, my voice heavy with exhaustion as I walked alongside Jace.

His hearty laugh echoed through the corridor, clearly finding amusement in my predicament, a cruel sort of merriment that only an older brother could revel in.

"Mother knows better than anyone how loathsome it was for her to parade around the realm in search of a husband. So why, in all the Seven Hells, must I suffer the same fate?" I grumbled, tugging at Jace's arm with a mixture of desperation and annoyance.

His grin only widened, mischief dancing in his eyes.

"You know that's not why she's making you do this," Jace replied, effortlessly guiding me toward the grand hall, where I knew far too many eager, power-hungry men awaited like vultures scenting blood.

"She simply wants a show—appearances, nothing more. You could refuse every single one of them, twice over, and she'd still be amused."

Anonymous asked:

Do you have an ao3?

I don't!! I did consider making one after someone here suggested posting my fics there too but honestly I already struggle to keep up with posting here so I never ended up making one 😭

Anonymous asked:

Um do you use AI to write fics? Your ask answers and fics don't read anything alike.

no I don’t use AI to write my fics 😭 I just tend to be more casual when answering asks whereas in my fics I try to make things more immersive and well-written. I’ve always written like this tbh (proof on wattpad from fics posted in 2021, written in like 2016 though... they’re very cringe don't recommend reading <3) I think i've just gotten better over time (i hope anyways x)

also should I be offended by this do my fics sound robotic??

Warnings - None

Word count - 2039

"Please, just teach me," I implored, my fingers tentatively resting on his arm as I tried to coax him. My touch was light, almost pleading, but Criston shook off my hand with a firm, practised motion, his brow furrowed in concern.

"I do not think the King would be very pleased to learn that I've been instructing his sister in the art of swordsmanship" Criston said, his voice tinged with a mixture of frustration and worry.

"But he doesn't have to know," I insisted, clasping my hands tightly in front of me and starting to fidget, shifting nervously from one foot to the other. "It can be our secret."

"He will find out," Criston countered, his tone growing more resolute. "And if not him, then Prince Daemon will certainly catch wind of it."

I rolled my eyes, exasperated by his reluctance. "If they find out, they'll just have to deal with me. I'm perfectly capable of handling them."

Criston rubbed his temples in frustration, a sign of his growing irritation. "Why is it so important for you to learn how to wield a sword? What is driving you to pursue this?"

Hello, beautiful. Please write a Daemon Targaryen for a daughter with Raenyra. Where she's strong and relentless, but as rebellious as he is at his age. Who does whatever bothers him. Please.

"For fuck's sake," he muttered, coming to a stop beside me. His shadow stretched long over the stone, darkening the edges of my little sanctuary. "Must you always be on the verge of falling to your death?" I didn't bother glancing his way. "It keeps life interesting," I replied, watching a squire trip over his own feet below. "Besides, you said it yourself—I'm impossible to kill." "That was before you started daring to prove me wrong." His voice was laced with that familiar mix of frustration and something warmer, something he'd never admit to. "You're the daughter of a prince, not some street rat clinging to rooftops."
With a practised flick of my wrist, the gown slid from my shoulders and pooled at my feet like a puddle of silk, leaving me bare and unapologetic beneath his gaze.  I stood tall, unabashed, a knowing smile playing on my lips as his eye devoured every inch of exposed skin. "Play out your fantasies," I whispered, my voice a siren's call, dangerous and irresistible. "And if you impress me..." I let the words trail off, my hands resting lightly on my hips, the promise in my tone unmistakable. "I might let you do it again." That was all the consent he needed.

A slap to the face was all it took. I held my stinging cheek, my husband opposite me, watching with a look of disbelief as if he wasn't the one who had inflicted the pain. The room felt heavy with the shock of what had just transpired.

The candles flickered, casting ominous shadows on the walls, and the silence was almost suffocating. The fire in the hearth crackled, the only sound in the oppressive silence.

I blinked, my hand still resting on my stinging cheek, my mind raced, struggling to make sense of how a conversation meant to offer support had turned into this brutal reality.

Fear mingled with confusion, and a sinking dread settled in my chest as I tried to reconcile the man I loved with the stranger who had just struck me.

Just moments ago, I had spoken words of reassurance, telling him I believed in his abilities to win in the future. Somehow, those words had been twisted and misunderstood, and now I was reeling from the physical and emotional blow.

"I did not mean it," he blurted out, his voice trembling with urgency.

Aemond Targaryen - Sins of the Crown

Summary - She discovers that her husband, once her trusted partner, has betrayed her in a ruthless bid for power, shattering their marriage and revealing that their love was nothing more than a political strategy.

Pairing - Aemond Targaryen x reader

Warnings - None

Word count - 2044

I never thought I'd experience betrayal at the hands of the man I had trusted.

The man I had loved, who had promised me that we would be stronger together—not just as husband and wife, but as rulers.

The man who held my heart, yet who had, all along, been plotting to take everything I had fought for.

But here I was standing in the aftermath of his deception, trying to make sense of the chaos he had unleashed.

The grand hall was filled with murmurs. It had been days since the council meeting that had upended everything.

My father—my protector, my anchor—was gone from the council. A long-standing member of the realm's most trusted body, now unseated. A decision that had come so suddenly, so ruthlessly, it was as if the very ground beneath me had cracked.

Aemond had done it. Aemond. My husband.

Aegon Targaryen - Unconventional Love

Summary - She finds herself trapped in a marriage of convenience. Their union begins with cold formality, emotions simmering beneath the surface. But when shared moments spark a slow-burning connection, they discover that love, unexpected, may be the greatest power of all.

Pairing - Aegon Targaryen x Wylde reader

Warnings - None

Word count - 2319

Aegon Targaryen sat upon the Iron Throne—a seat of power that many believed rightfully belonged to his half-sister.

Yet, in spite of the murmurs throughout the realm, his mother, Queen Alicent, remained firm in her belief that the throne was Aegon's by birthright, regardless of what others might say.

As for me, I found myself in the council chambers, playing the reluctant role of cupbearer.

My father, Lord Jasper Wylde, had insisted on it, claiming that it was an opportunity for me to learn firsthand about the governance of the realm.

It was, after all, expected of the daughter of a nobleman to be well-versed in the intricacies of court politics.

But on that particular day, as I poured wine and listened to the endless deliberations, boredom had taken its hold.

Daeron Targaryen - The Unspoiled and The Unseen

Summary - A game of words unfolds between them. With courtly intrigue, tension, and the lure of forbidden possibilities, she must decide whether to resist—or be drawn deeper into his world. In a family where power is both blade and burden, is fascination a weapon or a trap?

Pairing - Daeron Targaryen x Velaryon reader

Warnings - None

The sea breeze tangled my hair as I leaned against Vermithor's massive wing, the weight of my book resting comfortably in my hands.

The salty air carried the distant cries of gulls, their calls blending with the rhythmic crash of waves against the shore.

The old dragon rumbled beneath me, a low, warning growl that sent vibrations through the sand, displacing small shells and fragments of driftwood.

His molten-gold eyes flickered, sharp and untrusting, as he fixated on the approaching figure.

I sighed, absently tracing the faded ink on the page before glancing up. The book in my lap, a collection of histories and prophecies, suddenly felt irrelevant in the face of the present moment.

A lone figure strode toward us from the rocky path leading down to the shore, his silver hair catching in the golden light of the setting sun.

The wind played with the edges of his deep blue cloak, the fabric rippling like waves as he moved.

Jacaerys Velaryon - Always Enough

Summary - A new mother battles overwhelming guilt and helplessness as she struggles to soothe her crying babe, feeling like a failure in the face of her emotional breakdown. In the quiet aftermath, her husband's steady presence offers a fragile comfort.

Pairing - Jacaerys Velaryon x reader

Warnings - None

Word count - 2108

"Stop crying. For the love of the gods, stop," I snapped, my voice sharper than intended as I looked down at my six month old son, Aerion.

His wide, teary eyes met mine, his tiny lip quivering before he erupted into another wail. The sound pierced through me, and guilt hit like a wave. I had never felt so helpless.

Before I could stop them, my own tears began to spill. What started as quiet sobs quickly turned into something deeper, my body shaking uncontrollably.

The shame of it all overwhelmed me—what kind of mother loses her temper like this?

"I'm sorry, sweetling. I didn't mean it," I whispered, my voice cracking as I wiped furiously at my wet cheeks.

I bounced him gently in my arms, trying to soothe him, but his cries only grew louder, each one a reminder of my failure.
