Starting out, Hugo would have *some kind of accent* based on Ingvarrian, which I personally headcanon as fantasy Russian-adjacent. (Based on appearances from the princesses and their queen from 03x06 Beginnings) that gradually lessens the longer he spends time with the Team Rad.
Speaks more "Ingvarrian" (Fantasy Russian) but occasionally "Saporian" (Fantasy France. *I* personally headcanon Saporia had France-adjacent roots, maybe connecting him to Corona (fantasy Germany, lol.) since Corona merged with Saporia and all.)

Appearance wise:

Moles/beauty marks on his left cheek and his chin (I kinda get which side mixed up sometimes oops)
Shrimp sit posture cause he's TOO DAMN TALL for his desks (and he ends up modifying all of them)
He's 6'1" without the boots, but the heels bump him up to 6'2".
His hair switches between being a high or low ponytail
Scars on his arms from metal scraping him (The amount of caffeine he drinks makes him a little disoriented, but it keeps him awake. Accident prone)
Freckles all over his body, but mostly on his face, arms, and legs.
Either permanent smirk or RBF
