Who are you? You can call me Soul or Souly! I'm a 20something nb aroace hobby artistwriter who gets a little too deep into fandoms lmao - my pronouns are they/them and I tend to prefer gender neutral or masculine leaning terminology

What’s your main blog/other blogs? My main account is @soul-of-sin​ ! A very old username and the basis of Soulykins lmao. It’s pretty much just anything I find interesting with very little original content tbh. and my art/writing/other references and other handy things blog @soulcs​. Neither are super active though lmao

Do you have a masterlist of your aus? Yes! Right here - it should be kept up to date but let me know if something is missing or a link doesn’t work! It’s organized by both the general au tag (bolded, before the au description) and by individual post (organized by numbers at the end of the post in case tumblr eats any in the main tag)

Do you take requests/prompts? I'd love to see more of x au! Technically you can toss me a message but I don't promise I'll answer it, and if I do it might not be in a timely manner! I am at the mercy of a fickle muse. I'm more likely to answer something if it tickles my fancy but that's never a guarantee rip 

Can you put your long posts under a read more? Unfortunately I have no plans to do so. You can blacklist the tags long post and far tua long which I try my best to tag those longer posts with! If I ever deactivate I’d like people to still be able to read my things and I had a bad experience with accidentally deleting my masterlist and having to redo it from scratch rip

Are you ever going to update/finish x? The short answer? Maybe. I'd like to if I can, but honestly chapter fics are,, a lot for me. I have one chapter fic I'm trying to focus on (to grow in adversity) and when I'm done with it hopefully I'll be able to focus on other fics again but I don’t have a posting schedule and I make no promises for anything

Can I write something inspired by an au/post you made? Or do fanart for something? Absolutely I would be thrilled and honored - if you link me to whatever you make I'll also reblog it so everyone can enjoy!! ;v; <3

You have cats? Yes! I have two cats. Mia is the siamese looking potato who croaks instead of meows, and The Child is the little grey and white gremlin who is a tiny bastard but I love her a whole lot. I might tag a post of the child with Indiana Jones, which is her legal name. My roommate also has a cat names Essa, who is a tortie and does not love me :c

What’s with the icon? That’s an old warrior cat oc, Freesiaflower! My sister drew her for me and I was looking for an icon for my sideblog and went “awww freesia :)” and now it’s too late to change it. I’m way too used to Freesia representing my blog lmao, but no she isn’t a fursona sorry lads

I moved into my new place late October so when spring rolled around I was surprised and delighted by the daffodils that started growing

Had a dream last night that I was making like. A guide to my stuffed animals and their specific jobs in the sleep process. It was illustrated even though logically I could have just taken pictures?? Almost makes me want to actually make it

One of the interesting things about learning asl from different teachers is that you learn obscure dialect beef you’ve never heard of before

I took a semester of ASL in undergrad and then never went further, but I’ve always wanted to learn more ASL

So when I saw a six week course in town for ASL that was after work I jumped at it lol. I’ve only been to one class so far, but I have to say that the thing I found JARRING was actually being verbally spoken to

You see, my instructor for that semester of ASL like nine years ago was Deaf so our class was completely immersive. I didn’t think about this fact until I was being spoken to by the (hearing) teacher of my current class how unprepared I was to be spoken to and speak

Only covered the alphabet so far which I had a good grasp of, so hopeful the next class will be more new content for me!!

Womble’s newest habit is apparently sticking his head directly under the running water of his fountain bowl because for the past few days every time I go to pet him I come into alarming and unprepared contact with his soggy little forehead

woke up the other night with "they took lines from the general's letters to his son to make a poem, and i don't remember the whole thing except a stanza that repeated itself throughout that went like 'i love you / i ask that you endure this / i'm sorry" running through my mind and had to sit for a moment like. what general. what letters. what.

Had a Naruto dream last night where kid Kakashi sent out messages to the sannin to inform them of his dad’s death and invite them to the funeral but they were intercepted by danzo who just kind of. didn’t send them

The actual dream itself was orochimaru finding the messages. I think there was at least one message pre-sakumo’s death from kakashi saying that his dad wasn’t doing well that also was never actually sent
