Tumblr is so allergic to creativity in fandom spaces it's insane. I see the most artistic and intricate gifsets with cool effects and editing and gorgeous coloring that could win awards barely reach 200 notes, and then there are just gifsets of simple scenes with subtitles and almost no coloring with 5k notes. How did we let fandom creativity die? Where did the love for picspam edits, posters and screencap memes and graphics with amazing textures and overlays that made them look like actual art pieces, go? what happened to imagination and creativity?

The Thunderbolts knew a few undeniable truths about Bucky Barnes.
One: He was grumpy.
Two: He was a private person.
Three: He never, ever let anyone see where he lived.
That last one bothered them the most. They’d pieced together the general area; a quiet neighborhood with old brick buildings, modern cafés, and just enough charm to make it feel… vintage. But no one had ever set foot inside his home, no one had even seen him unlock the door to his sanctuary, since he dodged every casual suggestion to hang out at his place with a variation of “I got plans” or another. And, curiously, every time they stopped for coffee in this part of town, Bucky would mysteriously slip into the tiny flower shop beneath a brick apartment building.
If it’s different when the movie comes out, who cares? This is a beautiful world.
Loved this. Bucky keeping his secret and their reaction to finding out was priceless. You can just feel the love they have for one another.
I’m excited for thunderbolts tickets went on sale today 4/7 gotta get mine ASAP.

One of the reasons I can't deal with age gap stories where the female is barely 19/20 is their stupidity 🙄
Listen, I'm understanding of the teenage slash early adulthood struggles, personality development, brain undevelopement. But when I read a mafia romance I read it for joy, not to be sympathetic toward a naive girl making the most stupid, reckless decisions.
This is why I need romance books with women over 30. We make stupid decisions, too, but a different kind.
I thought I was the only one as soon as I see age gap and see what age they are implying I’m like NEXT. I automatically lose interest. It’s so typical nowadays. Switch it up give us more older woman younger man perhaps or like you said age gap but make her older than the typical young naive age they always do.

"Are you ready for the gala?" Bucky asks Steve as he fixes his bow tie.
"Never have been, never will be," Steve sighs as he shakes his head.
"Yeah, you've never been one for all the attention."
"It's not just that. I'm tired of disappointing so many people."
"All the ladies?" Sam asks, eyebrow raised. "The ones that are trying every angle to get you into bed?"
"They seem to think I have a say in who I get married to." Steve's shoulders droop. "They're all so...optimistic."
"More like opportunistic," Bucky snorts.
This will be an interesting match because neither of them want the position they are stuck in but because of their titles they have no choice. I will sad king Roger’s surprised me when he actually said he at least doesn’t want his son to be miserable most arranged marriages you don’t even get that option you learn to love/like then over time. I love Sam and Buckys personalities in this they are hilarious but great friends. King Rogers pays more attention than they think he does. Navigating their courtship will be interesting.
King Rogers has trained his sons to put the needs of the kingdom first, but he and Sarah have also shown the boys that you can still take care of each other while you do so. He still has to marry someone for political alliances, but at least it'll be with someone he can grow attached to.
I'm looking forward to writing more for these two, especially Steve realizing how much smarter his future wife is than he thinks. 😏
I can’t wait for her to surprise him too. The way he wrote her off as dull, I was like sir you didn’t even have a real conversation with her. It was pleasantries at best.
