I'm finally done coloring this. Pepper Jack in his stages of growth through life so far.
Pepper Jack was originally called Pepper flake cookie before the hole kingdom collapse thing. Changing their name to fit their newer form.
They had a hard time processing the jarring changes to their life, physical form, and abilities. But with outside intervention, managed to come to terms with it and embrace their new life. And though out their struggles. Eventually finding their way back home, to both of them.

Alright, look, I know I said I would answer jokes/shitposts more on @hidden-under-forestclan but. I just. I KEEP THINKING ABOUT THIS FOR DAYS.

The trama of what happened, the guilt of being the cause of it, and the pain of her burn weights Sriracha Cheddar down day after day, causing cheese to lash out repeatedly and pick fights in an attempt to feel something other then guilt, anger, or pain. A month and a half after the incident, Pepper Jack manages to convince Sriracha to come with them and their parents to the meeting, hoping talking with the other kids will make zem feel a little better, unfortunately this has the opposite effect and a massive argument starts between Sriracha Cheddar and Vanilla Crescent, the former blaming Crescent for the whole souljam situation before accidentally letting slip how he thinks being left in the licorice sea might have been been better for him, which the ancients and, more importantly to cheese, Burning Spice hears, causing them to fly away out of shame and anger, eventually becoming known as the Phoenix of Destruction, challenging anyone and anything they see as a powerful foe and leaving devastating fires in their wake.
Struggling with their loss of emotional expression and the strength of their new powers, Cloud Haetae cookie starts isolating themselves, fighting back against the efforts of their friends and family to connect with them, after Sriracha corrupts though, they start trying to open up again to Mystic Flour, Dark Choco, Fettuccine, and Onion out of fear of corruping as well, unfortunately one day, during an awful snow storm, Onion cookie finds Cloud Haetae cookie sitting in front a pile of flour that was once a watcher and snaps at them out of shock and fear before being gently scolded by Fettuccine cookie, but the damage was already done and before Onion could apologize Cloud Haetae cookie ran off into the snow storm, Dark Choco following after him. Despite a search party being sent out immediately after the snow storm, only Dark Choco is found, passed out in a pile of snow and the only hint of Cloud Haetae cookie even still being out there is of a growing rumor of a Wandering White Hound that brings death to all it touches.
Gonna let @fishymom-art take the lead for this one but the basic idea I had was Crescent using her powers to turn the Vanilla kingdom into her perfect safe haven, but since she's a traumatized teenager with new, reality warping powers and Shadow milk cookie as a dad her perfect world is rather strange and chaotic
Once again, gonna let @anonymouscreatorxd take the lead here but the idea I had for PJ was using molten cheese to lock the Golden Cheese kingdom into stasis, not wanting to lose anyone else they care about
the storyline starts with Crescent, Snapdragon, Pepper, Sriracha, Fettuccine, and Onion going to the Cacao kingdom to spend a couple days together with Cloud Haetae cookie, on the second night though Sriracha Cheddar and Snapdragon decide to fly over to Licorice sea, Pepper Jack following them to try and keep them out of trouble. The trio wasn't aware that Vanilla Crescent was awke and heard everything and as soon as they were out of hearing range she woke up Cloud Haetae cookie and told him what had happened before they decide to go after them. After Cloud Haetae and Vanilla Crescent catch up with Sriracha Cheddar, Snapdragon, and Pepper Jack, they start arguing over how dangerous this stunt actually is but before any conclusion is reached, the ground underneath Cloud Haetae and Vanilla Crescent breaks, sending them both tumbling into the living sea, horrified, Sriracha plunges in after them, causing Pepper Jack to follow and Snapdragon to get to close trying to stop them only to get dragged in as well and suddenly, in less then an hour, five out of seven kids are gone.
I haven't really thought out the specifics of this part yet but the kids are discovered by a few witches and are offered a deal, their lives in exchange for wielding the beasts old souljams, to which the children reluctantly agree.
Vanilla Crescent gets the souljam of deceit attached to her staff, Cloud Haetae gets the souljam of apathy in place of his skull charm, Snapdragon gets the souljam of sloth in the form of a chestplate (still figuring this one out but I know I want it placed on her chest), Pepper Jack gets the souljam of silence in place of their star charm, and Sriracha Cheddar gets the souljam of destruction burnt into zir back.
After all the souljams are delt, the kids wake up and are able to pull themselves out of the sea and onto one of the islands, after a bit of bickering they pick a direction and start flying, eventually ending up on the shores of beast-yeast, where they, after some more wandering, end up in the Faerie Kingdom and learn they were thought to be dead for the past month.
