The news of JATP’s cancellation is a hard pill to swallow. Even though this blog hasn’t been very active, we’ve all been waiting to see a season two renewal so many of us expected to come. Not only is this deeply unfair to the passionate fanbase, but it’s doubly unfair to the amazing (and diverse) cast who brought this show to life. It’s hard not to feel animosity toward Netflix right now, especially since we went a whole year wondering what the fate of the show was. They left an entire fanbase and cast/crew in limbo before unceremoniously pulling the plug.
Thank you to our followers, who have been incredibly supportive of this show and its cast. But a special thanks is owed to the JATP cast, who must be struggling with the news right now. This blog will remain up for the foreseeable future, as we hope to use it as a time capsule of sorts. Just in case anyone is inclined to drop back in to relive the glory days of JATP.
