regarding your post about ppl not voting for kamala, why is the onus always put on ppl not voting for her instead of her not focusing on her voter base? she could have gotten so many more votes if she could have at least condemned israel or if she hadnt closed herself off to muslim americans or if she had tried to pander to her voter base instead of trying to get conservatives to vote for her. the dnc rlly needs to learn from this and pander to the ppl instead of the other way around
I can do both.
I can (and do) criticize Kamala for her fundamental errors in running her campaign.
But I also know that even the most flawed Harris presidency is way way way better than Trump's fascist disaster, and thus whoever voted for Trump or failed to vote for Harris also shares the blame.
Astonished to hear someone come out and say "she didn't pander to me enough."

Oh, they have, dear anon. They have. People who refuse to vote are not their base. Biden was the most progressive president of our lifetime, and it did nothing for him or Harris. I promise you, they've learned from that, but it's the real lesson and not the one you want it to be.
Also, call me crazy, but if someone looks at the two presidential candidates that we got and the choices are very clearly- "the convicted felon and rapist who incredibly bigoted in every possible way and wants to drop kick the country into fascism" -or- "woman who, while not perfect, is the most progressive candidate we've ever had, although I [anon and other non-voters] might not agree with her on everything" -and then they decide that "they're both equally bad, so I'm not gonna vote" which then helped lead to the bullshit we're dealing with now...
Damn right I'm gonna hold non-voters just as accountable for it as Trump voters!
