From the 21st of March until the 10th of May I’m giving myself 50 days to work on myself, lose weight, grow, learn, succeed.

  1. Wake up before 8am
  2. Sleep by 11pm
  3. 1hr exercise daily
  4. Eat 1200 or less calories eat day
  5. Read 10 pages or more
  6. 1hr to learn something new
  7. Spend less time on my phone
  8. 4 liters of water or more
  9. 1 podcast a day
  10. Fast for 18hrs
  11. Spend 10-15 minutes a day cleaning
  12. Follow a morning routine
  13. Follow a night routine
