dominATE: mixtape had me SOOOO overwhelmed with emotions.
the first song, burnin’ tires was such a perfect fit, i love the vibes and i love the fact that both changbin and IN made the song together, as a baby stay it was very surprising to see binnie and innie make a song together. burnin’ tires literally had me up and dancing, its more of the fact that the lyrics just sit perfectly with the beat, and that changbin and IN fit perfectly for this song. burnin’ tires is a very hyped up song and the moment it switched to truman i was so confused because of the beginning because it was such a different vibe. han and felix really wasnt a surprising duo at all, i was more surprised at the fact that the vibe wasn’t the same as burnin’ tires. burnin’ tires had more of a hyped feeling and truman has that hyped feeling but its not the hyped feeling that was the same as burnin’ tires. either way truman has such an amazing kick to it when turned on, i love truman (and han an felix)
ESCAPE… do i need to say anything (yeah i do). chan and hyunjin VERY expected, but the mood switch between burnin’ tires—to truman—to escape is a very big difference and i lowkey love it so much. i love that chanjin made this their little comeback because i LOVE ME some chanjin but anyway… escape overall gives me redlights vibes just lowk freakier and im so here for it😆 the switch between escape and cinema literally broke me, i went from vibing to freaky ahh music to straight sobbing. i could genuinely feel the emotions in the song. seungmin and lee know just wow, like cinema had me speechless. this song was made with literally soul, mind, heart, literally EVERYTHING put into it. when i tell you cinema left me speechless with TEARS so many tears, im not kidding. this song was so perfect for this ep, i dont care how over exaggerated i sound but this song is literally made by two angels and got sent down from heaven for us. this song just so lovely, their voices are beautiful.
