It’s funny how Zeus gets all the blame for being the ultimate father of mythology, with people constantly saying things like, “If only Zeus had kept it in his pants!” Meanwhile, Poseidon and Heracles have left a trail of children across Greece that makes Zeus look almost restrained. But here’s the thing—Zeus gets the bad reputation because he’s king. When the ruler messes up, everyone talks about it.
His affairs were grand, dramatic, and often involved transformations, so they stuck in people’s minds. Poseidon, on the other hand, had just as many (if not more) flings, but he doesn’t get the same criticism—probably because he wasn’t in charge of Olympus. And then there’s Heracles, who was basically speedrunning fatherhood between every one of his labors, but since he’s a hero and not a god, people just shrug it off. It’s a classic case of holding the one in power to higher (or just louder) standards, while the others slip under the radar.

Daredevil saying “it’s all part of God’s plan” before throwing himself dramatically off a roof into a 18-story flip to billy stick grapple line swing is obviously like top ten comic panels for him and I respect the game BUT it’s also the kind of thing the Batkids would mock mercilessly if they saw it happen in Gotham.
they already give Dick SO much shit for coming into Gotham and even mentioning Nightwing’s overly-optimistic brand of hope, and the only thing Bruce ever says before jumping is usually more like a growl than actual words (if it is actual words it’s usually just “my city”)

Truth be told, the idea that Percy Jackson would go to college to be a marine biologist is extremely stupid to me. It’s so out of line with his character, that being a clever person whose strength has always been in his ability to adapt and learn on his feet, rather than in any formalized setting.
Post-war Percy should be in the woods in northern New York clearing brush from a dirt cheap plot of land with the intent of turning it into a rehab center for abused rescue horses and wild pegasi. No he has no license (yet) to conduct veterinary services but do you think that’ll stop him?
ainda mais considerando que Zeus estava obrigando ele a fazer missões pra poder entrar na faculdade (se eu não me engano, Poseidon diz que Zeus queria que ele fizesse umas 20 ou mais e que depois de muita barganha ele conseguiu reduzir a quantidade, mas não conseguiu fazer o irmão desistir da ideia), o Percy deveria só ter desistido de entrar naquela faculdade (era realmente um sonho dele? não tem mais nada que ele se ve fazendo além de entrar na faculdade na nova roma? ele tem outras opções de futuro na terra e no mar, deve ter alguma que lhe interesse não?)
