hi everyone!

my name is yeliza, i’m ukrainian, living in kyiv. funny story but currently we have a 150k+ army of russians all over the ukrainian borders, as well as an ongoing shelling from uncontrolled territories that has been averaging more than 1000 strikes daily. more fun facts - we are currently in a state of emergency, and it’s of high probability that russians will start a major invasion pretty damn soon. kyiv will be one of the first to be hit :)

i wanted to use this as an opportunity to spread the information about the whole situation, but also ask you to help me disperse it further: you can get the main points about the russo-ukrainian war and current escalation here. also PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING TO OUR ARMY - the link is here. any amount would be helpful - even some of your pocket money. we are in the dire need for the global support, truly.

much love and appreciation for your help!

if you have any question regarding the situation, i’ll be glad to answer as long as i’ll be able to! stay safe!

UPD. The National Bank of Ukraine has also opened a donation account for Ukrainian army, the number of the special account: UA843000010000000047330992708 . Proof here. PLEASE DONATE

this is a mess russians made of ukraine today.

why do we need donations? please look at the map and realize how much weapons and infrastructure support is needed right now in ukraine. we fighting for every inch of our territory. donate!

it’s few more hours until we hit the full day clock since the full-scale russian invasion and honestly with lack of sleep and high probability of another russian airstrike shelling it all feels very surreal. i can’t speak for everyone but my family have been in one of the district’s shelters for 10 hours with the ever present threat of russian shelling. but what’s not surreal is what a never-ending threat they are not only for ukraine, but for the european countries and the whole world. i will drop below a bone-chilling development of the late day:

as of now russians are occupying the chernobyl nuclear power plant. yeah, and they have entered and blocked power plant’s staff. the place no ukrainian would have though they would even go.

do you even imagine what kind of mordor ogres we are fighting right now? they might just have to put the whole europe in their racketeering game. i want you to feel this chilling feeling and grasp the concept of the total disaster russians are able and willing to bring to everyone. kindly remind you, they have nuclear arsenal too and one whim from the hitler 2.0 and cute little atomic bombs can land on the other half of earth just because.

there needs to be far stronger push back from the world countries regarding the sanctions measures they’ve been providing on russia so far. i know i might be asking for a lot but make your government hear you and make them take more proactive and punishing action - please, be visible and make this war be heard everywhere and all the time. we can’t let russians have their bloody way - today it’s ukraine, but who’s next?

UPD 2.0 - the national bank of ukraine has opened another donation account, this one is for humanitarian aid for ukrainians suffered from russians aggression. The link is here, it’s proof itself; more specifics are mentioned in the link.

as always, PLEASE DONATE

hey, i think i’m good? thank you for your concern! i have food right now and a place to sleep so i’m really content with that. i relocated to the west of ukraine so i’m supposed to be in the safest area but for the four days already we had 3 am air raids wake up calls till 8 am, so i’ve actually been sleeping in the bomb shelter mostly. just like in kyiv. it’s funny but you learn how to sleep in noisy cold places really quick, except for kids. little kids i currently live with are suffering a lot, they don’t understand what’s happening and cry and tremble a lot. thanks god they haven’t heard the whistle of bombs yet. children’s sufferings and the suffering people in mariupil are going through makes me really sad and angry - none of them ever deserved such lives, and not a single crime committed against them will be ever repaid by russians and the world. on more bigger scale it feels like i’m a paper man, a copy of a copy with no emotion, no future and living in simulation. it’s hard to explain but i don’t feel real enough right now.

in two weeks i had quite a few revelations - i distinctly understood just how ridiculously stupid all regular russians are and that there is no other way for us to live but to let them rot in hunger, because they have no spine to go against their government. hope it will happen sooner than later because abysmal amount of ukrainians are dying for their silence. in these two weeks i’ve already heard firsthand a ton of war stories of lives lost, houses bombed till ground and children saved from under russians’ shootings from irpin because people here right now don’t stay in one place for a long time, we are displaced and left without home to wander until the end of war. it’s different reality, quite terrifying but we have no other choice right? in these two weeks i realized that no house, no money, no work and no lost prospects are worth as mush as human lives, so i sincerely hope that my family in occupied kherson region stays alive till the end, my grandma living near chornobyl will get the power back on in her city and she stays alive till the end, my dad on the kyiv front will stay alive till the end and will great me at kyiv railway station when i come back home, whatever will be left of it.

if i see this shit on my posts ever again, i will not only block you, i will make your life hell. not westerners mansplaining me russians while they don’t even speak russian. what’s up with the world not listening to ukrainians, who have been dealing with ordinary russian ivan’s imperialism for 8 years at least, or, to be more honest, for hundred? and fucking ripping our freedom with blood from dirty russian paws this whole time? we are present in russian spaces far more than you ever be, so i don’t want to see anyone correcting ukrainains’ opinion on russia and its citizens. it’s a pandora box you don’t want to open.

she’s russian. literally wrote this on my first post that i inadvertently did one hour before her country started bombing our cities. whether it is bots or not, hope no one comes to save any russian before me and ‘not all russians’ narrative about sufferings the whole ukraine has to go through because of one fucking nation of imbeciles. that is a problem to think through after ukrainians will stop dying from russian bombs and bullets.

Hello I’m am glad you’re relatively okay! I hope this hell ends as quick as possible and people can rebuild their lives ♥️ from out side I want to assure you that polish people are doing everything they can to help and I don’t mean politicians but regular people, there are organised humanitarian transports into Ukraine and also help for refugees at the borders so just hang on 🤞 Слава Україні!

hi!

i say it with my full chest - you, polish people, are the most generous, thoughtful and helping brothers and sisters we could have gotten. ukrainians will remember your help till the end, so openhanded from the top of your premier minister to the top down of every person helping and supporting us. you’ve sheltered so many people in need, i hope you aware ukrainains are hoping we can soon celebrate with all our supporters after the end of this nightmare :) let’s hope we won’t be turned into second groznyi soon and then we’ll have a good drink later hehe

Wishing much strength to keep on to holding onto hope and wish for people to donate to help you guys out in some way possible. Also are there any safe places for lgbt people I fear greatly for my friend can’t say what area he is in but then I fear if you say this is the organization’s name and located in this area can be targeted. Lately been seeing posts saying don’t say where this place is cause russian army will find it and target it.

thank you!

we don’t have specific spaces of lgbt people, but as long as you friend stays in shelter and follows martial curfew of their city to a ‘t’, they gets the most safety they can have. also let them keep their connection to this organization minimal so not to alert russians. right now most of them are fucking imbeciles who don’t have a normal roadmap to kyiv, so their murdering of civilians is as random as it gets. all the special divisions of russians and chechens who come here for eliminating specific groups of people are being hunted by collective of mad ukrainians and murdered in cold blood by our army, so worry not, we keep each other safe. ukrainians right now are truly united and will fight for each other lives.

Sending my condolences! Stay safe please I pray for you! I will pray for family and friends too.

thank you

i appreciate your support and it might seems callous to constantly turn the convo about this but ukraine is having a literal bloodbaths in cities right now.

they striked another apartment complex in kyiv, heavy battles in annihilating russian troops deployed in kyiv oblast. our family’s friend is in the hospital- he was defending one of the entrances to kyiv. they using grads everywhere. they are shelling kindergartens and even a fucking children oncological hospital. people have been stuck in shelters in almost every fucking regional center for a night because of russian air raids - we need weapons, we need people, we need money to keep us alive. please donate, please spread donation information further. push your countries to support us more and more

donate to the national bank of ukraine account or through the biggest military ngo in ukraine, which transfers funds and equipment directly to the armed forces of ukraine.

are ukrainian/pro-ukraine blogs getting deleted? i know this might seem weird, but there were two i noticed, specifically xnwitchluna and everlasting-burnout. they were active blogs yesterday, and today i cannot find them anymore.

i’m afraid i’m not knowledgeable on this occasion, but my account seems to have an influx of followers who keep up with ukrainian news here - please feel free to answer or add something to the anon’s ask.

hey i am from Balkan but its still so horrific to see what is happening in Ukraine. i wish you all the best and i hope that you somehow find at least a little bit of inner peace. everyone here is praying for all of that to stop

hi, thank you for support and kind words! it is truly the most horrible thing that could have happened but ukrainians staying strong - russians are experiencing heavy casualties in both manpower and machinery. with world’s support we will stand strong!

few updates from me - the hell night for ukraine is unfolding.

kyiv is awaiting a massive shilling from invaders (upd. they are using fucking grads), as their tanks are stepping into the city through different directions. armed forces are in full readiness to receive hordes of orges and destroy them.

as of now, russians bombed kyiv heat and power station. quite obviously they intend to leave civilians without heat and electricity. people have been adviced to take food and water to the shelters for a night and honestly - kyiv citizens have been in shelters since 4 pm of yesterday. right now it’s 10 pm kyiv time.

some more of what have happed in the last few hours (map of ukraine attached):

  • many major ukrainian cities received air raid alert within the past 2 hours
  • kharkiv bombed by russian grads right into civilian districts; fires on kharkiv oil base, lots of airstrikes though these 2 days yet kharkiv stands strong
  • shootout in odesa, strikes from anti-aircraft warfare
  • airstrikes in the khmelnytskiy airfield
  • ballistic missiles attacks on myrhorid, poltava oblast
  • ukraine received weaponry support from poland - much appreciated, brothers and sisters!!
  • kherson is under russian control after heavy 2-days battles
  • chernihiv, sumy under full control of ukraine after many attempts from russians to take over - sumy still has active city battles but sumy has crazy strong territorial defense forces, we trust in them to keep up defending the city
  • ukrainians donated to ukrainian army in 5 hours 77 million hryvnas, which were received earlier as a part of governmental program - we support our defense, and you can support it too:
donate to the national bank of ukraine account or through the biggest military ngo in ukraine, which transfers funds and equipment directly to the armed forces of ukraine.

other ways to support ukraine:

- sign petition for russian cut-off from swift

- address your nato representative to help closing the sky over ukraine to stop russian air invasion

tonight will be a hard night, but let’s put everything in supporting ukrainians though any means possible. stay safe!

I don't know much, has there been evacuation notices? And are you alright? Where do people normally go? I'm so sorry this is going on or if these are rude questions. Stay safe

hi, there was an evaluation notice in one city/area as russians shoot city center resulting in civilian casualties (1 dead, 5 hospitalized). for few hours already and with high probability for a hard night for kyiv (they are about to start the landing of the troops with 18 fucking landing planes) we are under air strike threat, which means we all have to go down the shelters, which are commonly schools and apartment complex’s basements, pedestrian crossing etc. not a luxury but will do. i’ve been sitting on a cement floor for 3 hours now.

well i’m personally not at my best rn, i just want you to fully grasp the hell that russians has throw upon us today. please see below the map of russian attacks, most of which happed simultaneously at 5 am. the sites are active and there are bloody messes happening as we speak.

i am not into dramatics but nothing ukrainians did would ever deserve such inhumanity from russians. we had a kindling of the hell all this time that just been pushed to a fucking max - they and belarusians are shooting fucking ballistic missiles on us and all we ever want is to live in our country. i’m crying because we are literally one-on-one with a horde of absolutely mental russians who are here to destroy, and this has been going for 8 long years and today is a really really long day, which will result in the usual zero accountability for them from the world - just. understand. whole of ukraine is being bombed today, people, both civilians and military, are dying and all we get is concerns regarding the situation. no one come and help us fight them, the sanctions aren’t heavy enough because of certain countries’ connection to russian oligarchs. i mean this is way too off the question you asked but - i just really want my dad to come back alive, so i beg you, common people, please get involved, please understand the severity of situation and help us.

i’m okay for now because i just managed to get out of kyiv at least for few days but kyiv is going to hell today. the russian peacekeepers entered the city premises and have already run over the civilian in a car. literally squashed a car to the ground.

i beg you please please push your politicians as much as you can, get us support to fight this horde - russians are here not to occupy but to destroy us. literally murdering us. all the while the west not gonna cut the swift until kyiv is burned to the ground and even then that might be a bit too hard on russia.

gondor calls for aid but rohan isn’t answering.

should money really be donated to the Ukrainian army? I've seen people say it goes to far right or nazi militias, and a Ukrainian mentioning to not donate to the army for this reason. I'm asking to know what must be shared and what shouldn't be

i had this question far too many times today and i’m answering it the final time here - the two donation links i provide in my posts are for the needs of the armed forces of ukraine, which are literally the whole military of ukraine. right now this, educating yourself on the matter of russo-ukrainian war and pressuring your governments for steeper sanctions is the best things you can do to help us. we are being attacked tremendously and helping military is the way to not let ukraine lose.

a full mobilization was declared due to the absolute batshit crazy amount of active battle sites (here i kindly refer to the picture i’ve shared previously) that are going on and russians will push with even more troops and airstrikes starting literally tomorrow. i can’t even begin to explain what a bloodbath the fight for hostomel today was and will be cause russians will not let their troops without a kyiv platzdarm. the cost of supporting the infrastructure of such an encompassing battlefield, as well as necessary ammunition, and means of sustaining the soldiers is huge. these are the volunteers’ money, this is the additional support they get when our national capacity might just not be enough. and i want that extra bullet just be there for our soldiers not to die from the hands of invaders.
