“I can find a way to drink.”
you ever see a character and are just like “oh, I cannot wait for them to finally have a breakdown.”
like they take everything that’s thrown at them more or less but you know there’s a breaking point. Where Is It. I Must Know.

#KWW2020 #Fave Supporting Character/Cameo #Kim Sun Young
I first saw Kim Sun Young in Reply 1988 and thought she and the other moms were absolutely delightful. Three years, and several supporting roles later, we finally meet again in Romance is a Bonus Book. Though it took me several episodes to remember where I had seen her before. Can you believe she was 39/40 years old when Reply 1988 aired?!
Of the dramas I’ve seen, she always seems to play a version of THAT ahjuma; a little loud and brash, colorful, unfailingly stubborn and loyal (Oh snap! I have a type). Kim Sun Young brings a whole lot of flavor into each role and I would love to see her step into a leading noona rom-com one day.
You are faced with some random problem and the only person who can help you is the main character from the last piece of media you consumed (you can also do favorite character if there are multiple main characters). You can stay in this universe or be in the universe of the character, whichever you prefer, but the problem remains the same and the only person who can directly help you is the main character. That character can call on the help of those they know in their media, but when it comes down to it, they are the only person really helping you. How do you react to this situation?
Crash landing on you: when Jeong-hyeok and Se-ri say their first farewells it goes from "Be happy. Date men. Forget me." to "Ok, let's moan for 6 months and then go on with our lives".
But when Captain Ri finally had to leave Se-ri, he left her a survival guide: "Breath! Eat! Move! Connect to other people even if it seems meaningless!"
the most romantic thing ive ever seen in a tv show or movie is when Ri Jeong Hyeok in Crash Landing is on his own stacking a cupboard with food so that Yoon Se Ri can look after herself after he's gone because he's so worried she'll be depressed again and not eat, and then he pauses stacking and crouches a bit lower to be her height and reaches for the top shelf and realises she wont be able to reach, so stacks everything again but a bit lower. entirely silent scene no explanation or exposition. true love.
