is this a normal shifting experience?

okay so for context!! i wrote a new script (for my stranger things dr) and i had full intentions of shifting. i had spent four maybe five hours scrolling through tumblr looking at peoples shifting posts, gaining motivation and dolling up my script. i was SO ready.

when it got time to actually try and shift, i didnt want to put on any background subliminals (most of the time they make me incredibly overstimulated), so instead i closed my eyes and counted to 100 with affirmations in between each number.

by the time i got to 40 (or 50?) i started freaking OUT. it felt like i was floating, even my head felt lighter. i started to panic, which i wish i didnt, but it was getting too much for me and i opened my eyes. idk if this is a normal experience or if this was like a sign or something IDK </3

trying to not go COMPLETELY INSANE because the moment i finally find shifting motivation after a solid MONTH. guess what happens??????? oh actually dont guess ill just tell you.

shifting is MUCH easier than people make it out to be. seriously, shifting is such a simple thing to do and literally anyone can do it. shifting isn’t gifted to anyone in particular, anyone can do it. don’t overwork yourself.
