ok, so i'm caught up on the pitt (masterpiece) and daredevil (phenomenal)

now for handmaid's tale! i hope that it will also receive a positive review in parenthesis

happy friday! it's raining, i have a bag full of groceries, and i missed the bus by thirty seconds

i fear that i'm becoming a breakfast smoothie person! it's just too convenient!

here's my recipe:

  • cashew milk
  • one banana
  • some peanut butter
  • a scoop or two of protein powder
  • ice (a lot of it)
  • sometimes, a dash of cocoa powder

OH BOY THAT LAST EPISODE OF DAREDEVIL

  • the looming question of whether fisk actually wants to help the city and its people, or if he's just convinced himself that he does
  • (with great power comes great delusion)
  • matt's slow unraveling
  • (i still can't get over the shot of him in the empty courtroom a few episodes ago — the benches mirroring the pews in a church — the law as his worship)
  • that final scene! the tension! the escalation! the act of righteous selflessness (or would heather call it self harm?)

how large is the overlap between target enthusiasts and tradfems?

most basic treatments for sickness involve some form of salt water (drinking electrolytes, gargling with warm salt water, epsom salt baths) as a way of microdosing going to the seaside

tonight i made the fluffiest, most delicious milk by throwing a handful of cashews into a blender with water and then pouring the result through my beloved tea strainer.

listen. listen to me! you don't need specialty kitchen products. whatever you have lying around will suffice in most scenarios. don't listen to the influencers who insist on using "cheese cloths" or a thermometer

i don't want to admit to you all how often i've returned to that sandwich place for their italian on a seeded roll

i've been very critical of twenty one pilots these past few years — but not in a mean way, because vessel was a masterpiece (i have a ribcage tattoo of lyrics from it) and i understand the struggle of having to follow-up a perfect album

however! clancy isn't terrible. it has good sound and the lyrics are..... okay. this is probably their best work in a long time (although it doesn't even come close to vessel)
