I don’t mean to be old but computer used to just have games. U didnt have to pay for em either but if u wanted u could get a little CD that put the game onto the computer and you could play it forever and ever even if the company that made it went to hell and shit. You didn’t even need the internet or wifi or anything. And it was pretty neat
It would be a finished game, too. If you played long enough and did really good you could go to all the places and get all the stuff. You never had to pay more money later it was just there. onn compter
DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE NEANDERTHAL CHILD WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME? Because they're all I've been thinking about when I'm sad for the past few days. Their existence makes me less sad.
Did you know that this is not a rarity? We have found remains showing catastrophic injuries - permanently disabling ones. With fully remodeled, healed bones.
It is NOT the default, it is NOT human nature to exclude disabled people from society. By nature we look after each other, by nature disability is just a natural part of the human variety that's made us so successful as a species.
By nature, people love.
Lots of thoughts recently. Everything feels plastic.
I could go on and on about why all that AI "art" is bad. I could mention theft, lack of creativity, it's impact on the work field and environment, but countless people have already said all that. I wanted to touch on something that to me is the most utterly wrong about all of it.
Art is more than just something pretty to look at or listen to. It's therapeutic. It's a form of communication. A tool for human connection. It's a pure, human need.

hey Elvis is the glass half full or half empty to you?
Woah mama it depends on whether you're filling or emptying
Endless optimism is a foolish way to look at the world, unable to see the strife and suffering. Endless pessimism will never make anyone happy, especially not you. You need to take the good and the bad, the dark and the light, the full and the empty. Hummina hummina hummina
In a universe where Damian was raised by Bruce since birth and never was told his siblings were adopted
Damian, age 12 helping unpacking things at Dicks new apartment: whos that?
Dick: Who?
Damian: That guy in the photo with you
Dick:
Dick: you mean- my dad? I never showed my parents to you?
Damian: there is no way thats our dad
Dick: our? Damian you- you know I’m adopted right?
Damian:
Dick:
Dick: we are all adopted, Damian.
Damian:
Damian: Even Cass?
Dick: you were there at her adoption.
Damian: I’m twelve! Probably didn’t payed attention to it.
Dick: you never asked yourself why do we don’t call Bruce ‘dad’?
Damian: I thought it was some petty teenager thing!
Dick: I’M 26!
Damian:
Damian: is Tim adopted?
Dick: yes?
Damian: knew it.

Well this is awkward...
Woah mama it's my own specter
Or water fountains, public washrooms, outdoors tables, etc, etc
Notice how removing seating doesnt actually prevent people from sitting it just makes them uncomfortable and makes public spaces more hostile it doesnt actually work at controlling their behavior not till a pig comes along anyways and they'll harass a homeless person/teen whatever they're sitting on.
Btw keep in mind how this also more dramatically affects disabled people, not everyone can stand for hours at a time or feasibly sit on the floor

why be radically exclusionary abt queerness when you could be radically inclusionary instead. let's inflate the numbers. let's become the majority. the sky's the limit
"we can't let just ANYONE call themselves queer!!" what are you talking about. I'm steepling my fingers and gleefully cackling every time we Get Another One and you should be too. lock in.
