Hi y’all, I’m Astra. Probably should have done this already :L. I’m a writer, a beginner digital artist, Hermitcraft fan, Ethogirl, and a HARDCORE (hehe get it?) Kolanii fan (my sister has huge regrets).

I’m a minor so please keep that in mind when interacting. Also, I have a sensory disability, and am Desi (and Tamilian! Viva Tamil Nadu!) (though American-born) which I am very proud of and will mention ;D.

I also cannot contribute financially to anyone, so if you send me an ask for monetary help I won’t be able to do anything but pass along the message. although… if you’re sending a plea for monetary help to a Minecraft fan blog? I’m gonna assume it’s a scam.

I’m currently working on two novels, so please ask about either of them! That also means that I will say stuff like “[character]-coded” and you have no idea what I’m talking about :’)

Grian: I see a lot of people asking about the beeping. Scar beeps. Various beeps-- Scar: You wanna tell them? (Scar accidentally mutes the mic, it stays muted for ten seconds) Grian: Hey man. i did an experiment

i wrote a fanfic all by myself no ai and posted

i used ai to write a fic and posted them both to see which would do better

the ai fic got 10 notes in a week

the fic i wrote got 143 in the same span of time

WRITE YOUR OWN FICS, THEY GROW YOUR SKILLS AND PEOPLE ENJOY THEM MORE ANYWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(dw i have since deleted the ai one but i kept the one i wrote up because i’m proud of it i think it’s cute)

I’ve never read a fic written by AI because I believe, no matter how advanced technology gets, it can never really capture the souls of humans. all the human emotions and complexity are something robots can’t understand. there’s love and there’s passion and also there’s dedication put into fics written by humans, another thing robots cannot do.

if you write something, be proud of yourself and your work ♡
