Okay, you're very right. I realize I tend to make everything be about Thanos and Nam-gyu,, in some part, it's okay because they're clearly my favorites. But at the same time, I want to give the others attention too!!
So trust me I'll draw them more!
For now, pls take some fun facts about bat Se-mi because I've been thinking about her:
She's not a bad person to me. She wants to be there for the ones she believes that deserve it. But she can also be pretty judgemental. Part of it because she's a bat and way too different from any other animal there, so she always feels awkward and out of place.
But part of it is also because she has a lot of trust issues and was very lonely back home. She thinks Gyeong-su is too quiet and influenceable to be a true ally, so his personality comes out as insincere. She often watchs Thanos and Nam-gyu scratching and biting each other while laughing and just let them be, because she's comforted with the thought that they won't go far away in the games for their own faults. She lets Nam-gyu treat her poorly because she sees him as nothing more than Thanos' lapdog, bark but don't bite, in the end of the day he would only come back to Thanos with his tail down and legs shaking.
But she sees good in Min-su. She trusts him. She believe that if there is someone who deserves to go out there alive, it's him. And Se-mi hopes he sees her the same way.
She was wrong about a lot of things, but she was trying to survive. She was doing that for Min-su but, more important, she was doing that for herself.
