I’m always hesitant to talk a lot about Melina as her character as a whole is a spoiler I guess ? But I’ve been drawing her a whole bunch lately so might as well tbh. She arrives later in the story but she is basically a copy of Nate ! So yeah the pre-transition Nate look is a 100% intentional rhrhr

And for the songs ! I have whole playlists for all my characters ! So here’s Nate’s playlist It’s kinda meant to be listened in the order the song are in as it makes narrative sense to me teehee :]

But if you’re looking for one specific song then Touch by Daft Punk is a very good Nate song,, or Wrong by Depeche Mode !

But for Nate, definitely Judgement ! The whole awakening, truth exposed thing going one with that card fits Nate VERY well ! Plus the reversed indicating denial, ignorance and those leading to destruction,,, yeah,, that’s him,,,

For Jay, the Moon probably!! It being a card that symbolizes imagination, dreams but also illusion and fear, things not being what they seem,,, me thinks it fits him well,,,

I know it’s gonna be a long project cause I wanna fit so much stuff into it so I’ll probably end up doing other comics before it (I have like two other projects I’ll probably do before Instant Crush) but yeah ! I do wanna make it into a comic eventually

HI SORRY FOR THE SUPER LATE ANSWER !!

It’s like, kinda hard to answer cause it doesn’t really give him any like. Super abilities or anything bskxbknsk the way it manifests is mainly through chronic pains cause it’s not well adapted to his body

And for the beginning, no Jay doesn’t know ! But Nate doesn’t either for a while so like, he’s not hiding that from her, they just. Don’t know it’s there before a while rhrhr
