i feel so sorry for seunghan… and i feel so sorry for riize who just wanted their friend back ..

in light of seunghan’s departure, i’m going to go ahead and say that with a heavy heart, i can’t support riize like i used to anymore.

riize has brought me so much happiness for a year now, and i will always have a soft spot for the boys. they were there for me when i felt like i had no one, and i’ve genuinely never felt a connection to a group like i did to them. i just wish it didn’t have to be taken away like this.

but unfortunately, knowing the circumstances of sh’s situation, as well as knowing how excited the members were to have him back, i can’t enjoy riize the way i used to anymore. this whole situation has genuinely been a rude awakening about how little some fans see their idols as humans. i have to take a step back for myself, and i’m considering taking a step back from kpop as a whole for a bit.

i may still write for anton if i feel like doing so, but i will likely not be writing for riize in the future. i’m sorry if this is disappointing to any of you, but at the end of the day i made this blog because writing makes me happy, and right now i cant even think about writing for any of my favs without getting sick to my stomach.

above all of this, i hope seunghan and the rest of the boys can keep their heads up through this hell, it breaks my heart that sm has ruined such a beautiful dream through their incompetence.

shotaro, eunseok, sungchan, wonbin, seunghan, sohee, and anton, i will always have so much love for you and i only ever wish the best and greatest things for you.

riize will always be 7 in my heart.

“i feel that leaving the team might be the best decision for everyone. i don’t want to cause any more confusion or pain to the fans, nor do i want to cause any more trouble for the members and the company.

i would like to express my gratitude to the company, and the members who made efforts to give me another chance. even though i am lacking in so many ways, i want to apologize and thank those who have supported me until now.

i truly do not want the relationship between riize and briize, who have been supporting each other and growing together to worsen because of me. it really breaks my heart to see fans, who are more than enough just by loving riize, fighting with each other because of me.

i sincerely hope that the riize that i love will continue to receive even more love in the future, and i will support them sincerely.”

the way his members reached out to him, talked him out of whatever he was thinking of prior to the announcement. the fact that they’ve gathered with everyone and had meetings upon meetings over the decision to bring him back only for it to go all down the drain because of these fuckass fans who only see them for shit.

all the efforts of everyone gone in vain because stupid FANS couldn’t accept the fact he lived a normal life before becoming an idol

the way that his return could’ve changed the idol industry in regards to things like this– things that are NORMAL to experience in life is beyond me. koreans say idols hold some high moral ground to show a good example for children but the way these bitches be acting when said idols lived a normal life before becoming an idol?

if we are devastated, then how much more are the members who had to find out OVERSEAS that this was all happening and they couldn’t even do anything about it?

i hope sm cancels ALL their schedules this week. the boys (and probably the staff too) needs a breather to take in everything that happened in the span of DAYS. you bitches didn’t even let it last a week!

i can’t do this right now. i’m gonna log out. my head hurts and my heart hurts for shotaro, eunseok, sungchan, wonbin, sohee, anton, and most especially seunghan

OT13 reaction to: their kid stealing an item from them.

a/n: was struck by random inspo while working on a request i got (i will be posting all requests IM SO SORRY FOR BEING SO LATE) but yeah!!! also credits to @sousydive for suggesting the bonus woozi reaction hahaha 💗 i also think i got a little carried away haha 😭 i hope you guys like it!

contents: seventeen x afab!reader , dad!seventeen , husband!seventeen , crack , fluff , woozi's pink underwear makes a guest appearance , seventeen and reader have kids , some members have a boy and some have a girl, some have both; i just chose at random , just a lot of cutesy vibes

seungcheol:

"babe, where's my rolex?" seungcheol calls out, and you hurriedly rush into the bedroom from the kitchen. "what do you mean where's your rolex? don't tell me you've misplaced it, choi seungcheol!" you hiss, panicked. the rolex was a gift to seungcheol from your parents after you got married, and besides the sentimental value, the price of it alone was enough to make anyone faint.

"i put it right where i put it every day!" seungcheol says defensively. "and i didn't wear it over the weekend either!"

just then, your toddler waddles into the room excitedly, giggling cutely. "mama, look! shiny!"

"baby, not now," you sigh, focused on figuring out where the watch could be.

"daddy! i'm like you now! look!" your child tries again, and seungcheol, always the weakest when it came to his kid, looked down, only to burst into laughter.

you look up at seungcheol, wondering what could be so funny when a rolex is missing. but a quick glance at your child has you rolling on the floor in laughter.

because there your adorable baby was, with a shiny rolex hanging off his wrist and a brighter smile etched on his face.

"do i look like daddy?" your son tilts his head, and you can only sigh in relief as seungcheol pulls your kid into a hug, carefully slipping the watch off his wrist.

"mama thinks you look even more handsome, baby," you tease.

"hey! not fair!" seungcheol pouts.

(your small family spends a morning filled with laughter, until seungcheol has to rush to work because he realizes he's already late to his meeting.)

“Tiptoe and kiss.” — Kim Mingyu

⸝⸝୭ ˚. fluff . one-shot . cute
⋆ pairings : mingyu x gn!reader ⋆ warning : reader is kinda grumpy due to just waking up (inspired by real life y'all 😔) ⋆ wc : 0.4k [✉️] · Mingyu's plan backfiring? A daily routine now. (only if he wasn't so down bad)

⋆ - note : YALL I HAD SO MANY UNFINISHED WRITINGS ITS INSANE. I finished some of them and I'll probably continue posting for a few days before I start a series <3 stay tuned!!

"Gyu?" You peep your head in the kitchen. You had slept in almost the entire afternoon, but when you felt Mingyu's side of the bed cold, you were wide awake.

Mingyu turned at the sound of your voice and smiled. "You're awake? how was your sleep?" He asked as you walked towards him, still trying to adjust to the lighting.

"Pretty good.." You mumble, wrapping your arms around his side and rested your head on his shoulder.

Your blurry vision made Mingyu look more big than he was, and you furrowed your eyebrows trying to get a clear view of your surroundings.

"That's good, I was just about to wake you up. I'm preparing noodles for us." Mingyu says, glancing at you with a soft smile.

You hum and nod in response-something in you too lazy to word out a better response. But you could think of an even better response. You tiptoe to peck his cheek, but couldn't reach him as he didn't lean down.

You weren't short, Mingyu was too tall.

And it was true, your height was just above average but Mingyu? A literal 6'2 man. You'd have to be a giant to almost reach his height.

Maybe he didn't realise-so you try once again, and again, but Mingyu still didn't lean down for you to kiss his cheek. But you could see more clearer to notice the slight smug smile spreading across his face, making you frown.

"Hey, don't ignore me."

"Huh?"

"I said don't ignore me."

"What do you mean, baby? I'm not ignoring you." Mingyu said softly, biting his lower lip to stop the smile tugging at his lips. He turned to you, barely managing to hold back his laugh at the sight of your pout.

"You're doing this on purpose..." You say, rolling your eyes. Despite being a little sleepy, you couldn't shake off the feeling of irritation at how Mingyu decided to tease you instead of wrapping his arms around you and letting you kiss him.

Mingyu finally burst into a fit of laughter, wrapping his arms around your waist and putting his head on your shoulder to stabilize himself.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," He apologized between giggles, tightening his strong arms around you.

That stupid little fang smile of his, making you smile aswell. He leaned down, just like he always did so that you can kiss him all over his face, and closed his eyes.

"Here you go," he waited for your soft lips to press against his skin.

"What?"

Mingyu opens his eyes, looking at you with raised eyebrows. "Hm?"

"What are you doing?" You ask, placing your hands on his chest. It was your turn to tease him now.

Mingyu blinked, and slowly straighted himself. He looked down at your hand and let his lower lip jut out into a pout.

"I'm sorry, baby, I shouldn't have teased you." His voice barely above a whisper, he apologized. And now, you burst into a fit a laughter and gently grab his face to peck his lips.

His pout immediately turned into a grin as his hands find your lower back, and he softly deepens the kiss.

[🌾] 003. market- favorite enemy series

the sun shone brightly that saturday morning, casting warm rays over the houses that lined the narrow street. the homes of you and mingyu were separated by just a street and a childhood rivalry that never seemed to fade, no matter the age. childhood friends who spent more time bickering than anything else, you told everyone you were enemies, but the feeling went far beyond mutual teasing.

you sleepily walked downstairs, the familiar aroma of fresh coffee filling the kitchen and welcoming you comfortingly. dressed in loose pajamas, you entered the kitchen distractedly, waving to your mother who was finishing up breakfast. however, when you looked up, you froze.

sitting in your favorite spot, right next to your mother, was mingyu. he smiled mischievously when he noticed the look of displeasure on your face. it was a smug smile, as if he knew exactly what he was doing.

"good morning, slacker," he teased, taking a sip of coffee as if he owned the place.

you narrowed your eyes. "who let this imposter in?"

"imposter? are you hearing this, eomeoni?" mingyu shot back, redirecting the conversation to your mom, laughing.

you rolled your eyes, moving closer to the table and deliberately bumping his head as you sat down. mingyu complained, rubbing the spot where you hit him, but his smile didn't fade. you settled in across from him, making it clear you were there to annoy him just as much as he was annoying you.

"you know that's my spot, right?" you grumbled, pushing a piece of toast onto your plate.

"i know," he replied with a cheeky grin, pushing his coffee cup toward you. "but whoever wakes up late gets the leftover spot."

"oh yeah?" you took his cup, bringing it to your lips and taking a sip, just to see his reaction. mingyu gasped, staring at you in disbelief.

"hey, that's my coffee!" he protested, but didn't move to take the cup back.

"it's mine now." you took a long, deliberate sip, your eyes locked on his the entire time.

your mom, watching the amusing interaction between the two of you, seized the moment to ask a favor. “y/n, why don't you and mingyu go to the market to pick up the order for me? it's too heavy for me to carry.”

you almost choked on your coffee, turning to your mom with an exaggerated look of horror. “go with him? in the same car?”

your mom laughed, shaking her head. “oh, stop it. it's just a quick trip to the market.”

you shot a glare at mingyu, who just smiled. "come on, y/n. don't be a killjoy. or are you afraid to be alone with me?"

“i'm not afraid of anything, especially not you,” you muttered, but your mom gave you that insistent look you couldn't ignore.

a few minutes later, you were in mingyu's car. he unlocked the door and, before you got in, started laying down his rules with the authority of a drill sergeant.

“first thing: get in with clean feet. i don't want you dirtying up my car. second: don't mess with the seat, it's adjusted exactly how i like it. third: no playing your horrible music. and-”

before he could continue, you had already entered with dirty feet on purpose, adjusted the seat forward, and started fiddling with the radio to play your peculiar playlist that he couldn't stand. mingyu looked at you in disbelief.

“i just told you the rules!” he exclaimed, but you just shrugged, acting as if you hadn't heard anything.

“you didn't expect me to obey, did you?” you said casually, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

mingyu grumbled but couldn't help but smile. your stubbornness was one of the things he hated and loved at the same time. the drive to the market was filled with silly arguments about the music, the seat adjustment, and the dirty shoes, but deep down, that was your dynamic—and neither of you would trade it for anything.

when you arrived at the market, mingyu went straight to pick up the order. you, however, quickly got distracted in the snacks aisle, grabbing colorful packets and analyzing each one. mingyu, with the heavy bags in hand, watched you from afar, shaking his head but with a soft smile he couldn't contain.

after a few minutes, you noticed his presence, the heavy bags pulling his arms down. you ran over to him, grabbing one of the bags.

"let me help, you're carrying everything," you said, trying to lighten his load.

mingyu shook his head. “i can handle it, y/n. these bags are too heavy for you.”

you insisted, trying to take the bag back. "i'm not made of porcelain, mingyu. besides, if you pass out here, how will i explain it to my mom?"

he laughed, finally giving in and letting you take one of the bags. your fingers brushed his for a moment, and both of you fell silent, the weight of the interaction both familiar and yet different. you held the bag with determination, and mingyu watched in silence, with a mix of pride and something else he preferred not to name.

as you walked back to the car, mingyu glanced at you out of the corner of his eye, noticing the frown on your face as you carried the bag. this was the same y/n—stubborn and independent—and he couldn't imagine his life without those daily bickering sessions. maybe you were childhood enemies, but it was the best enmity he could have.

you walked side by side toward the parking lot, the bags swaying gently in your hands. you walked in silence, a comfortable silence that you rarely shared, but that seemed perfectly fitting at that moment.

as mingyu talked about some random topic, you suddenly stopped, your eyes widening as you spotted someone familiar approaching from the opposite direction. the playful smile on your face vanished instantly, and you instinctively hid behind mingyu, using his body as a shield. he stopped walking, frowning in confusion at your behavior.

"y/n, what are you doing?" he asked, turning his head to try and see you.

before you could answer, mingyu noticed the figure approaching. his body automatically tensed, recognizing the man heading toward you with a sneering smile. it was your ex-boyfriend, a guy mingyu could never stand. he knew the guy was a jerk, the kind of person who made you wonder how someone as smart as you had fallen for his charm.

your ex stopped in front of you, his eyes piercing you with an unpleasant familiarity. “y/n, what a coincidence to run into you here,” he said, his tone dripping with sarcasm.

you didn't respond, keeping yourself firmly behind mingyu, who, sensing your discomfort, adopted a protective stance. he moved slightly to block the man's view of you, shooting a hard look that said much more than words could express.

"no coincidence at all," mingyu shot back, his voice firm and cold. "what do you want?"

your ex gave a sarcastic smile, ignoring the question and trying to peek at you behind mingyu. "just wanted to say hi. it's been a while, right, y/n?" he said, stepping closer.

you remained silent, trying to make yourself invisible, but mingyu had no patience for games. he took a large step forward, forcing the guy to back off a bit.

“she doesn't want to talk to you. so you'd better move on and stop bothering her,” mingyu said, his voice carrying authority. he didn't raise his voice, but the implicit threat was clear.

your ex found it amusing, but he knew that with mingyu by your side, he wouldn't be able to get to you. "all right, all right, no need to get mad hyung," he said mockingly, casting one last look at you before walking away.

as soon as he disappeared from view, you let out a shaky sigh, feeling the weight of relief mixed with the adrenaline still coursing through your veins. mingyu turned to you, his face relaxing as he noticed how shaken you were. the silence stretched for a moment, laden with emotions neither of you knew how to express.

not knowing exactly how to break the tension, mingyu decided to follow his usual instinct – to tease you. a wry smile appeared on his lips as you both headed back to the car.

“you don’t know how to do anything right, do you?” he began, a playful tone in his voice. “not even pick a decent boyfriend.”

you looked at him, first with a surprised expression, which quickly turned into a mix of irritation and relief. the familiar teasing was, in a way, comforting. “look who’s talking,” you retorted, trying to sound confident, but there was still a slight tremor in your voice. “as if you were an expert in picking girlfriends.”

mingyu laughed, that warm laugh that always seemed to ease any tension. “i might not be an expert, but at least i don’t hide behind other people,” he teased, giving you a light nudge with his elbow.

you gave him a gentle tap on the arm, which only made him laugh more. “you’re an idiot,” you murmured, but there was a faint smile on your lips.

when you finally got into the car, the atmosphere felt lighter. mingyu glanced at you, who was looking out the window, trying to collect your thoughts. he could see you were still trying to process what had happened, so, for the first time in a long time, he decided to say nothing. the silence was comfortable, and sometimes, it was all you needed.

as he drove back home, with the radio playing softly the song you had chosen, mingyu gave a slight smile, more to himself than anyone else.

“hey, you,” he finally said, his voice softer than usual.

“what’s up, gyu?” you responded, still looking out the window, but with a somewhat calmer tone.

“you know i’m here for you, right?” the words came out without much pretense, but their meaning was much deeper than anything else he could have said.

you turned to look at him, a serious expression on your face before you finally relaxed. “i know,” you replied softly, and this time, without any teasing.

and, for the first time that day, the silence between you was more than just a pause – it was an understanding.

“y/n, get up now. let's go biking. i'm on my way to your house.” mingyu's voice was soft and gentle, but it still managed to cut through the veil of your deep sleep. you were lying down, still sleepy, struggling to open your eyes.

it didn't take long before the doorbell started ringing. with dragging steps and half-closed eyes, you made your way to the door, feeling every second drag on.

“y/n?” mingyu asked, a slightly indignant expression on his face when he saw you weren't ready. his voice held a mix of surprise and mild frustration.

“let's go later, mingyu. i'm too lazy...” you whimpered, your voice thick with sleep and exhaustion. "please" he rolled his eyes, sighing deeply and crossing his arms.

“okay,” he replied, frustration evident in his eyes. you gave a muffled laugh and, pulling him by the wrist, invited him inside the apartment.

mingyu had been your best friend since childhood. one of your favorite pastimes was biking in the early hours of the morning when the sun was just rising and the city was waking up. but on that particular day, you simply didn't have the energy to get out of bed. all you wanted was to stay under your covers.

“what's wrong?” he asked softly, joining you on the couch, his eyes filled with concern.

“nothing,” you replied with a weak smile, trying to hide the truth. your job was draining you, but you didn't want to burden your friend with your problems.

“uhmm,” he murmured, accepting your answer but knowing there was more to it. he rested his head on your legs, his brown eyes fixed on yours. “whenever you want to share your problems with me, i'm here, okay?” he said gently.

you nodded, feeling a wave of gratitude and affection for him. “thank you, gyu,” you whispered, your voice barely audible.

with a smile, you started to gently run your fingers through mingyu's short hair. soon, he fell asleep right there, and you ended up dozing off as well, despite the uncomfortable position.

hours later, you woke up and saw mingyu lying on the other side of the couch. it was then that you heard a familiar sound. running to the window, you confirmed your suspicions: it was raining.

your hand went to your mouth. how were you going to tell him it was raining and that the bike ride you begged to postpone now seemed impossible?

“y/n...” he called, his voice sleepy and soft. “what are you doing?” he rubbed his eyes, trying to wake up.

“gyu, i'm sorry...” you approached him cautiously, biting your lip.

“why are you apologizing?” he asked, his brow furrowing in confusion.

“gyu... it's raining,” you said, pointing to the window.

“what?” he quickly woke up and went to the window, placing his hands on his hips in a mock authoritative stance. the sight made you laugh involuntarily.

“are you laughing, y/n?” he asked, his voice playful yet incredulous.

you walked up to him, a mischievous smile on your face. “oh, it's not raining that hard... let's bike in the rain?” you suggested, your eyes sparkling with excitement.

he looked at you, surprised. “are you serious?” his voice was a mix of disbelief and amusement.

“yes, let's go! it could be fun,” you insisted, your enthusiasm infectious.

mingyu hesitated, looking at the rain outside and then back at you. “y/n, i don't know... what if you get sick?” his voice was filled with genuine concern.

you smiled, trying to reassure him. “i'll be fine, gyu. it'll be an adventure,” you promised, giving his arm a gentle squeeze.

he still seemed reluctant but couldn't resist your enthusiasm. with a sparkle in his eyes, mingyu grabbed your bikes, and you both went out into the light rain. the feeling of the cool drops on your skin was invigorating, and the city seemed magical under the gray shroud. you rode through the wet streets, laughing and feeling like kids again.

the water streamed down your faces, mingling with the laughter and pure joy of the moment. each pedal stroke was an escape from worries, a reminder that even on the toughest days, there was beauty and joy to be found.

“having fun?” you shouted, your voice almost lost in the sound of the rain.

“yes, but i'm worried about you!” mingyu replied, looking at you with concern. “let's head back home before you catch a cold,” he added, his voice firm but caring.

you returned to the apartment, drenched but with light hearts and bright smiles on your faces. the rain might have changed your plans, but it brought a new adventure and memories you would cherish forever.

“thanks for this, gyu,” you said softly, holding his hand as you both dried off, your voice filled with gratitude.

“no, y/n, thank you,” he replied, squeezing your hand. “but next time, let's bike on a sunny day, okay? i don't want to see you get sick,” he added, his voice filled with genuine concern and affection.

you laughed, nodding. “deal, mingyu. deal,” you agreed, your heart warmed by his care and friendship.
