from my sources adjacent to tumblr--from which i can spread rumors and insider information freely because i dont give a fuck about ever working in the tech sector--im hearing this round of firings was focused on purging the senior staff, and not just support but the entire remaining tumblr workforce. i'm hearing there are about 25 people left.

the election is coming up so australians, listen to me.

you do not have to put labor first.

we aren't america. our choices are not between two genocidal warmongers. you can (and should) vote for minor parties and/or the greens or teals. but if you really don't want dutton as our pm, put liberals last.

a party needs to win 76 seats in the house of representatives to form a majority government. don't make it easy for them. get more greens into the seats.

because that's the brilliant thing about preferential voting. you don't need to vote labor or liberal first. and that's great.

i think it's really funny whenever i see someone responding to criticism of "this thing is too expensive" with "than don't buy it! noone's FORCING YOU TO" and like yeah but i do actually want to buy it but i literal can't afford it. that's why i'm complaining that it's too expensive.

like when i say "i'm not going to buy a switch 2 at launch" i'm not saying it in the sense that i'm like. purposely boycotting it in protest of the prices and will spend me money on something else, i'm saying i literally do not make enough money to afford it. like a forced boycott i suppose.
