Aii so I’m getting into property and real estate , which has always been a big goal of mine . I made a bid on a home and this will be my first time if I win the bid buying a house in regards to flipping it . I’ve watched a million YouTube videos on how to make profit and do this but still I’m nervous and feel like I don’t know what I am doing . So if anyone has any tips or pointers please let me know. Also for those who don’t understand the bidding process no I did not just pay $85,000. I will pay a down payment of about $5,800 to buy the house . My overall bid is $85,000 meaning if I win that’s the actual total cost of the house I’m buying . Thanks again yall.
I was volunteering and helping one of these kids and he follows me everywhere I go inside of the classroom 😂😂 I go to the whiteboard he’s right behind me , I go to the reading section & he’s right behind me , I help another child and he’s right behind me. I was leaving to go to the restroom and he’s tryna leave out the door and I tell him hey Marcus I’ll be back in like two minutes. And he looks at me and says you promise ? I’m like I promise Hahaha I come back and he says mr. Lexx that was longer than two minutes hahaha mannn that kid cracks me up. 😂
I do volunteer work and to see how some of these kids get so excited just for someone to ask them how their day was and to really ask them questions about what they want to do and what they want to be be so ethereal . Like people just be wanting know and feel ike someone actually gives a damn of their existence especially children
