I'm still thinking about if these people are destined to relive storys wouldn't some be prepped more at a young age. Some storys starts when they are younger. Imagine if characters like Holly O'Hair was stolen into the tower as a child. The first time since then she's allowed to leave is to go to school. Poppy goes to school despite not having a destiny because she wants to see her sister. That Holly is a royal that wants her destiny because that's all she knows that she was told her whole life this was good and normal.
