AvA x Madoka Magica - Color Gang

Their best wishes and dreams, weaponized into sparkly shirts and light blouses. They protect the PC from intruders, bound to this duty by a cute little sleek maskot - Alan.

Some concepts:

Red had the sweetest dream of talking to animals, isn't it adorable? Poor thing lost their own language and body, mimicking so many creatures.

Yellow wished for world to work like a clock. They didn't know they'd be a cog in it.

I didn't have concepts for either Blue or Green. Blue wished for addictions to not have any drawbacks. Green wanted all the attention, of every single person out there. Blue became the source of what they craved the most, Green lures sticks into the deep waters.

Incubators -> Cursors

Being of beyong, who can trade stick's will and self for power. These Cursors willingly contact sticks and make their presence known.

Magical girls -> Magical Sticks

Creatures of the Outernet, created by unsuspecting Cursors and thrown out to live their lifes. They have hopes and dreams, they grow and dry old, they change. Most of them don't even suspect someone beyond resides. Cursors come to them for the sweet entertainment, a battle-royale of wishes, hearts and cruelty.

They were created like that. They are the testing grounds of Cursors.

Not much there to say about this one. a. Dark doesn't remember the sticks well because they had neither time nor counscoiusness to let their clothing sink in. Plus, it was not important. b. Orange's design. I deliberately separate The Second Coming and Orange. (but i'll abuse the purple in both) c. peeks into cg's designs

I don't want to explain the fears, but I'll say that looks like Dark is really stuck in the past.

A thing worth explaining - Cho's Error Window I believe, a Hollowhead can be only truly "killed" by deleting their file. With Cho and Dark it's harder, because their files are on the cloud.

TDL & TCO - fusion

So... yeah. They can merge for they are very simple organisms (plasmoids).

And while for Internet sticks merging can be dangerous - if they spend too much time merged, their innards and magic (even if they have little to no magical potential) meld into one, making two separated sticks into a creature with two cores; for Animated stickmen (or Hollowheads) it is hard. They mostly consist of magic and are active users of it (staring at you, Second) so they have a greater control over it and are more natural. Also, Hollowheads don't have cores - their cytoplasm is much thicker and membranes are almost impenetrable.

Note: fusions can happen between more than two sticks, but they are difficult to both perform and sustain, they lack stability and the new self is in constant pain.

So for Animated sticks merging is the question of syncing their flows and entering the state of mutual acceptance. Their mind stays two, but they enter a slow dance of balance that creates the third self - "us" of the two. It has consciousness and understanding of itself as two combined. It exists only in the fusion and proactively reacts to whatever its parts are doing.

In a way, fusion is a long magic exchange between two.

Note: Merging with someone can be seen in many ways, from weakness (too weak on one's own) to a making out session

In calm state it's collected and whole, either being a rough merge of the components' personalities and/or reflexes or a whole new person, having only the childish wonder and some critical memories of both of the sticks. When the parts become unstable the fusion feels pain, as their body becomes to split back into two forcefully.

TCL likes being, just being in general. They presumably formed their personality from little bits of both TDL's and TCO's minds. They don't belong to Alan but aren't that different from a usual hollowhead. TCL has high stability and can endure the pain of Dark getting fascinated over a sunset from bird flight's height or enraged by some rando. They can channel all the excessive emotions of the parts into their own. For a short while after the first TCO's and TDL's merge they had halves of their hair swapped, exchanging some powers too. After that they had to force a mana exchange (Dark almost caused a local cataclysm while trying to go on a flight)

Note: TCL most likely uses a different name, like Cataclysm or Hazard. TCL is just a placeholder.

Usually, after the sticks divide, for a short while (while there is mana that didn't divide properly) they can hear their combined self in half-conscious space or have bits of other's memories. As hollowheads keep all the info throughout their whole body (okay im voting for the primitive colony structure, lis can't continue stating that they are unicellular with this stuff going on)

Dw she isn't alive anymore. But it was painful. But not for so long, the shock did its thing. I think there are two ways the curse is going to overtake Vine: Parasite-like body theft -> turning into the tree OR turning into the tree from the very start.

The Dark Lord short comic - Creator

What've made me curious, is that every stick portrays some form of rejection to c.Alan. victim - i could guess lost- > defensive; Cho - pure aggression; Second - fear -> vengefulness. Only Dark doesn't have the same behavior pattern.

So what if, TDL might've gone rouge too if c.noogai3 didn't insert the code.

Also, it made me think: the Chosen ones are the heroes, they fight the evil forces and anything antagonizing their world view of the greater good. So, c.noogai3 is... the villain. The bad guy. Only growing better after sparing The Second Coming. The Dark Lord is it's little pawn that've gone rogue.

A little idea: Hollowheads use it/its for Cursor//Creator//Users. They are more deities to them than anything, and usually they aren't seen as the friendly ones.

Aside from that, there are little concepts for this comic:

Tired Dark in AvA5

Creators being able to cut hollowhead's powers -> cutting their hair.

Purplish white + collars and handcuffs are c.Alan's thing. So, sticks who are under its control have their irises go purple, strands of hair turn white. What if, after the escape from the pc, TDL was left in a rather finnicky situation - Code disturbing their being, creating invasive thoughts and making them act reckless and robotically. So when their eyes have these little purple fireflies in them - TDL are not themselves. More than anything, it means a distressed state.

Generally, i have no strong headcanons for neither subkit duo, nor roblox avatars.

Generally. I think subkits have that funny rivals-lovers vibe to them? They both are rough at edges, probably in either scenario exchange slurs and salty bites.

but i have a hc for roblox avatars in general:

Roblox avatars are chubby, filled with gel-like substance. They have no gender, no organs, they both hear and communicate waves. Highly modifiable, their "skin" is not that hard to pierce.

Their cores are dissolved in the gel, its is really hard to kill an avatar. Eyes are black, dumb and small, mouths are simple, lacking teeth or tongues.

phi.avatars (phi.demons) are a different case. Their bodies are the same - filled with transparent gel, but the fun thing begins at cores. See, phi.demons have distinct solid cores. Magic cores, if you insist. Phi.demons need food, water and minerals to function, yet they are rather durable. "Skin" Casing of phi.demons is tough and remind resin a lot. Phi.demons share a body and organ structure with my Animated stickmen hc and, accordingly, one of a monocellular organism.

Food and water are dissolved in organs, nutrients go into the gel fluid, minerals are shared by the core and the gel. Core is a rather finnicky organ - it consumes matter and post-dissolving waste into magic and crystals, which form the horns of a phi.demon. For quite a while they just grow, emitting almost no glow whatsoever, but when the antlers are completely form they stop changing is size and start gaining light. Like a cacti store water, horns store magic.

After the horns stop in growth, the crystal waste forms a protecting shell underneath the skin. Magic is just stored in their gel.

The horn storage is a backup of some kind, drawing phi.demons able to survive near-death experiences, save consciousness in dire situations and get that one last spark of magic to save themselves in danger. Horns loose their glow after that and become really fragile, reminding gemstones.

Younger(?) subspace and medkit ^

It is considered disgusting to break and save foe's horns. Overall horn touching is prohibited and considered intimate. Though, phi.demons do hornswoggling for fun, if it ends up with a horn being broken, the loser of the fight (the one who broke the other's horn) provide care and help with the recovery.

Phi.demons have black sharp teeth, they hear and smell with their skin.

TDL about touch, a short comic

i thought about what does touch mean to Dark and remembered that the few times we've seen dark being touches are both by TCO The first time to make the truce in ava3, the second time in ava5 as a betrayal.

Imagine how painful it must be? Maybe my thought wandered too far away, but what if touch means the world to Dark? Because of Chosen and the touch of alliance. Imagine Dark being actually very touchy and expressive, skin-to-skin contact meaning comfort and safety? Care? Through Dark of this perspective, imagine those seven years. I'm not even implying romantic/sexual chodarks. Just, chodarks. Platonic of friends, doesn't matter.

The comic features my special designs for AVA3:

White is suppressing Dark's crimson to show Alan's dominance over them, wristbands and the choker are to show control//coercion. Also, white is sterile and clean, stripped of any personality. They both are tools in here. Purple is generally Alan's color. TDL's eye - code influence. White crown - the Lord but of Alan. Another design of Dark has a crown too, but a different one.

!! I don't ship neither c.alan nor cc.alan with anyone !! i see it only as a fun concept to explore as a side-thought

So, for a while now i've been seeing a lot of character.alan x all in twitter. Dirty, yet so so pretty and stunning. Even thought i don't headcanon it myself, still the possibility of Creations being obsessed with their Creator is so thrilling. Chilling, even.

The Creator is their god, after all. The very power that gave them life. They are all their worshippers, to some extent. The god spawns. We know, some got hurt by their Creators. Some got even killed. Some are just tools, and some are cherished and beloved. They feel something towards their creator. Anger, pain, mania, love. What if we push it a little further? When simple bitterness turns into a mindless beast of fiery and blind revenge? When you turn your love to Another into a weapon to crush your God foe? When your love towards the God turns into a slick and sticky, monstrous beast of obsession?

They all are against you. Only you can have your God kneeled down before you. You'll get your God by any means.
