Hi everyone! My friend Samah @samah-2 and I met because of @bilal-salah0 . Samah is an absolute sweetheart who I am so gratefully to know. Samah lives in Gaza, Palestine, and has endured this genocide for far, far, far too long with not near enough support. She and her family need help with a variety of costs. Day to day things like food, but also money for long term things like eventually evacuating and covering health related costs. Many of us take our safety for granted. Lets use our safety and security, if we have it, to help Samah and her family to get all that they need. I know times are tight for many, but even just 5 dollars goes a long way.

Just because I'm from Gaza, does that mean no one will agree to work with me, even on something simple?

As soon as they know (I'm from Gaza),

you'll find they suddenly change their mind and refuse the opportunity to collaborate, whether it's work or a service.

This is what I'm suffering from in my freelance work online. This is all in addition to the fact that the company I used to work for cancelled my contract at the beginning of the war.

That's why I've been forced to ask for your help...

I've honestly stopped saying (that I'm from Gaza)

because I'm afraid that once they know there's a war going on, they'll decide they don't want to work with me anymore.

This situation creates a huge challenge for me, especially with the war starting again. There's a great need for work to cover the exorbitant expenses after the price increases.

We have many talented people who work under the most oppressive conditions in the world, and don't let them become helpless. It's enough that we're being fought against by the whole world.

Traumatized in Ireland While my Family is Facing Death and Starvation in Gaza

I contemplate the happy faces of people around me here in Ireland and reminisce about the happy normal life my family and I had before the war. A life that turned into a distant memory for us and was replaced by an unending series of horrible nightmares.

Unlike my family in Gaza, people here have access to drinking water, all types of food, electricity, and a roof over their heads. Above all, they are safe, and I cannot help but wonder if they genuinely do appreciate these blessings in their lives enough.

People seem relaxed and laughing wholeheartedly around me in Ireland. I wish I could laugh too, but I am crushed way beyond recovery on the inside. I was evacuated by my Irish college after five months of living the horrors of war in Gaza. I hope you will never know what it feels like to live in constant fear and worry and be horrified by the most sickening and scary nightmares every single night while you are far away from your family in such circumstances.

When did my people in Gaza cease to be human beings worthy and deserving of a normal life? Has it become normal now for my family in Gaza to be starved and killed while the whole world is watching the genocide? If that is the case, then you will have to excuse me if I seek every avenue to bring them to Ireland and start a new normal life like all people here around me.

I was assured by the Irish Reugee Council (IRC) and lawyers in Ireland that there is hope I can reunite with my family in Ireland. In difficult times, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me and my family, you are literally our light and hope for a better life.

Hey everyone, my name is Abdelmajed. I don’t usually talk much about myself, but today, I want to share a little piece of my story.

I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home 🏡. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasn’t always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.

Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I loved—some of them are gone forever. 💔

What is my sister’s fault? Why must this be her life? She doesn’t remember our house. She doesn’t remember her cat who was killed by the bombs. She doesn’t remember feeling warm during the winter. All the good things in her life came and went before her brain could form memories. From her point of view, life has always been this genocide. Gaza has always been destroyed. Home has always been one room with no windows and infested by rodents.

Please help me provide for her. She’s had a high fever for the past few days and the blockade is back. The bombs are starting to drop again. This is going to be so hard and I can’t do this alone.

We are so close to our final goal, please, anything can make a difference even if it’s just sharing!

Today, my family was displaced under heavy bombardment after a three-day siege in a tent. They left behind everything: clothes, food, and medicine. Please look at us with compassion. Do something. Participate. Protest. Donate.

We can't buy anything, everything costs 10x now that the fighting is back.

A bag of flour costs $800, if available. Due to the intensity of the war, this story hasn't been covered in the media, so please be our voice. I don't want to die anonymously, please.

Now due to the rain and wind our dilapidated tent collapsed and now my family went to our neighbors tent (22 people in a 4*6 meter tent) I leave you to imagine this tragic situation
