i’m 24, an english major, and a huge fan of writing. this blog is where i’ll be sharing my random thoughts on pop culture and whatever else inspires me.

i was born on march 27th, so yes, i’m an aries. when I’m not writing, you can usually find me reading, knitting, sipping iced lattes, or geeking out over modernism, romanticism, and poetry.

stuff i’m not into, waking up early, miscommunication, traffic and probably more, but let’s not dwell on the negatives.

Introduction: For Leehan, college was supposed to be a time of quiet routine; attending lectures, drinking too much iced coffee, and staying out of unnecessary drama. But life had other plans, or rather, his best friend Taesan, had other plans.

One day, he was just another freshman; the next, he was the guy everyone wanted to know. From meeting the ever-dramatic theater seniors, Jaehyun and Sanghyuk. Along came Woonhak, an overly enthusiastic Engineering major with too much energy and too many wild ideas, and Sungho, a sharp-tongued English major with a love for dramatic storytelling.

Yet, in a place where rumors spread faster than wildfire, and friendships are built on chaotic adventures, staying hidden, finding friendships, growing up and finding true love might just be the hardest challenge of all.

today was extraordinarily beautiful. the sun was shining and the wind wasn't so strong that it made you uncomfortable. it was just perfect. and i decided to go out and read a little bit. i live in the countryside, so the green view is not a foreign concept for me. so i went out to our garden and enjoyed my time until it got cold.

why you should read 'A Vindication of the Right of Woman'

i read a vindication of the right of woman with structure on political and moral subjects by mary wollstonecraft during my english degree in my selection from literature by women course. it was published in 1972 during englightment ideas were emerging but often excluded women from discussions of rights. it was pioneering feminist text and the foundations of feminist thought.

i think it is crucial to understand the meaning of feminism and the intention behind why it was founded. i think currently the meaning behind its cause has been lost. it was emptied by the blank discourses.
