My name is Mohammed Zaqout, a Palestinian living in the USA, and I am organizing this fundraiser to help my family in Gaza, who are facing a severe humanitarian crisis. My siblings and their young children are trapped in desperate conditions, suffering from starvation, lack of clean water, electricity, internet, and medical care. They have lost everything, witnessing constant bombings and even white phosphorus attacks. Aid is limited, and the situation is worsening, especially with winter approaching. I feel powerless, as I cannot abandon them and fear losing them at any moment. Any support to help reunite me with my family would be deeply appreciated.

How happy we were for the end of this fierce war that destroyed our homes, properties, and lives. But at the same moment, sadness and despair returned to our hearts. We came back to our homes only to find them destroyed and uninhabitable. We no longer have a place to live—no water, no electricity, nothing essential for life.

Now, I am in desperate need of your support and assistance to overcome this crisis so that I can come to terms with this tragic reality.

I do not know how long this situation will last, but I have hope that with your support, I can endure even the hardest circumstances.

It is true that the war has stopped, but the Israeli occupation fires daily from its machine guns towards us, as the bullets hit the walls and the ground. In addition to this, the crossings are closed and aid is prevented from entering. My family and I are suffering from bringing water, as it is difficult for us to obtain water in our area.
