I must not lie down. Lying down after school is the day-killer. Lying down is the little treat that brings total obliteration. I will face my exhaustion. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when I have made coffee, I will turn on the computer to do emails. Once lying down is gone there will be nothing. Only homework will remain.

10 weeks of no quitting.

Starting from the 23rd of march till the 31st of may, i will be marking on a 10 weeks of full discipline challenge. Every week on Sunday, i will post an update.

My daily goals are to

- have only 5 minutes screen time on TikTok

- Do abs exercises

- study for an hour

- not procrastinate

- homework done on the day it was given

- fully practice my thai and Korean

My end goals

- shredded abs

- A in every single subject

- 0 undone homework

- read thai and korean

Some inspiration i have hehe

Firstly, i had previous experience from doing monthly challenges, one thing that really keeps me disciplined daily is by trying to set an hour daily to clear as many tasks as possible!!! If you see my daily goals/to do list, you'll notice that apart from studying, most of the activities can be completed relatively quickly. For example, my list consists of doing ab exercises, studying, my thai and korean learning and doing my homework. So in an hour, I'll take about 20 minutes for exercise, and 20 minutes per language. Then, in an hour, I would've already completed 2 tasks!!!

With this hack, even with really bad days, like a really busy schedule or burn out, or if i really procrastinated, i can at least keep consistent and just complete 2 tasks that day.

I would recommend you to try doing this challenge for 2 weeks/a month to see how your body and mind reacts, then try setting up something you could do! Jumping into a long challenge of 10 weeks can be quite difficult for beginners 😚😚😚
