Everyone talking about posts that changed their brain chemistry seem to be leaving out this classic, which probably propelled me into activism and more self confidence in a way that I cannot put into words.
you know what you shouldnt do? constantly tell your child how expensive they are to take care of. because eventually, that child gets scared of asking for money, and doesnt feed themself at school, doesnt go places with their friends that require money, because she doesnt want to be expensive. it really does get into their minds, that theyre too much money and that they shouldnt do anything.
So I’m finally finishing S3 of Vox Machina (bc I forgot about it until now lol), and yall. I love all the changes to each of the romance stories for the show. Pike and Scanlan have an actual relationship, Keyleth and Vax’s relationship doesn’t feel forced (imo), and yall. Percy is adorable. I already loved Perc’halia in the actual campaign, but it’s much cuter in the show. Percy loves his girlfriend—later wife <3
VM S3/C1 of Critical Role spoilers

One thing that I feel is not talked about enough is that, in the Crooked House, at one point Lethica had a demon child eating bag on her hip, a demon secret eating crow on her shoulder, and just. Not minding at all. In fact, girl was fucking BONDING with the demon creatures on her person.
I know I brought it up before but it’s still relevant and I still love her for it. Girl just did not give a flying fuck about what was happening in that house.
