Pregnant Charles Week Day 5: Divorce au

Charles and Erik have been divorced for decades but only the two of them seem to believe that

i like to think Charles kept all the clothes Erik left at the mansion after beach divorce

like we never see Erik wear a turtleneck after first class but the next time we see someone wearing one it’s Charles.. hmmmm…

Charles would curl up in his bed with the clothes and inhale Erik’s scent until it eventually fades away (he would have a breakdown when that happens but he feels too embarrassed to tell Hank why he’s upset)

i wonder if Erik could smell Charles (and alcohol) when he put on the clothes they gave him in dofp

guhh these guys make me insane

another fan art of Erik x Charles in ‘Everyday Love in Stockholme’ this is the scene after Erik confessed his love to Charles;

“No, let me touch you”

“hnn Oh, Erik”

In their first scene together in X1, Erik tells Charles he will bring him hope.

In their last scene together in DOFP, Erik gives Charles hope that they will have a precious few of their lost years back.

cherik as the sun & moon trope but erik is the sun, bright, strong and merciless. always ready to stand in a rage full of fire and passion in the middle of the sky, burns hot and will burn you if you try to get too close. charles is gentle and beautiful as the moon, the one who hears everybody's wishful whispers, who guides people home, full of eyes watching but never seeing the lonely satellite behind his made-up projected light.
