I wasn't initially excited by the idea of the resource world because it feels like another barrier between the players and making the world feel like Theirs, but actually the concept could go mega hard for lore. A series of worlds that continuously expire and implicitly are only accessible to a particular kind of player (non-NPCs)? Where nothing material you do matters? Whose contents is lost at the end of every day??
What are these alternative worlds? Who, if anybody, lives there? What enables access to them? Why do they come and go so easily? What happens if you are there at the end of the day? What if you die there? What entitles you all to destroy destroy destroy?

It’s been confirmed that the npcs in Misadventures are NOT generative ai.
It is still an ai, but it was developed by MrMadSpy (Most people are referring to him as Sun God), who is working on Misadventures.
He’s been working on this ai system for 7 years, long before they even began working on Misadventures, it’s just been implemented into it.
