Nintendo is at this point a Prestige Gaming Brand, or at least they like to think they are. There's a reason your grandpa thinks every game is a Nintendo, they've been around fucking forever and have Disney level brand recognition. The Nintendo seal of quality might as well be an Adidas logo. These are not children's games everybody gets to play anymore, these are luxury items that show you have money.

Just don't fucking buy the Switch 2. Give it a year or two, it only has like 3 exclusives anyway. Go play an indie game or emulate something old, it's literally so easy. Don't get caught up in wanting the shiny new thing.

definitely not The Worst fan content ive seen, but not really a huge fan of people portraying anya as violently enacting revenge against jimmy... i get the whole rape revenge trope is appealing in its own way, and i love when a woman gets unhinged and violent... but i feel like its such a core part of anya that she never punches down...? curlys totally at her mercy, she thinks he's completely responsible for the crash and knows he did nothing to help her with the jimmy situation/enabled jimmy... and yet she feels sick at the sound of curlys suffering, and cant even bear to force the medicine down his throat, presumably the necessary violence and force reminding her of her own assault. its just a little crazy to meeeee. shes not violent shes not cruel shes a victim who should never have been put in the position she was in, and then was forced to experience such a crazy unique hell. i just dont find it very appealing for her specifically as a character!

i think the best portrayal of anya being cruel in any form is that comic where she's looking down at curly and says "now you know how it feels.... im sorry. that was cruel" LIIIIKE. the hate rising up in her only to be quelled by her good nature and belief in humanity?! Apparently collecting empty eggshells, coloring them, filling them with confetti and then cracking them over eachother's heads isn't something everyone does during easter...........we used to find confetti in our hair for days after

Btw they're called "cascarones" and it's a very common Mexican tradition. there's a lot of tutorials online on how to make them if you're curious about it! I have a lot of fond childhood memories of the Egg Wars......and yes it's very messy
