If you want my initial thoughts:
N - Keeps the yellow. After all, he has it in common with Uzi now. In a way, seeing it in her helps him to cope with it in himself. They can move on... together.
V - My first thought was blue, then I thought maybe green as girl is trying to heal and turn over a new leaf. I imagine the days/weeks/months and possibly even YEARS following the finale, she would have a LOT to cope with. Of course, they all would, not a single person in that trio is okay, but I especially feel like V would have a fuckton of trouble finally relaxing and learning that it's okay to not CONSTANTLY be looking over her shoulder, locked in fight or flight and having to choose fight. Yk?
J - J goes white, but I argue not for company standards, but because of nostalgia. I think above everything, she misses her old life. She misses the mansion, she misses Tessa. She still had to broker for her survival, but it was a lot easier than "leave the only semblance of family you have to die the second you suspect they may have an inkling of rebellion in them and kill them yourself or I Will, and you'll go down with them" and more "Just do your job right and you'll stay out of trouble" (which I have a lot of thoughts about in the first place but that's its own post I'm going to make later).
