I've seen on here and other sites is israelis responding to israels violence towards palestinians by presenting palestinian violence to israelis like it's some competition lol? I just saw one israeli blogger in response to the violence Palestinians from masafer yatta face from settlers say something like "yeah that's bad and no state is perfect" (like that violence is just accidental and purposeful) "but two israelis can't walk into the west bank without being lynched" *stares at half a million israeli settlers in the west bank including the 3 settlements surrounding my village* but the reality is that palestinians that commit violence against israelis will be arrested prosecuted and or killed meanwhile the situation in masafer yatta is one of the most undeniable proof of israeli colonialism of palestinian land and the fact that the violence from settlers is filmed in full view of the army but there are no arrests undeniably shows that a. Being a settler colonial state israel is not interested in administering justice equally and b. The imbalance of living as a palestinian and living as an israeli. Palestinians are extra judicially killed by settlers and soldiers so much that we have stats about how many are prosecuted for it and it's so little it's negligible. The fact that israelis continue to try to equivocate the experience it's just so bizarre because u don't want to live like palestinians

obsessed w these two queens who are like. same energy but parallel to those gyaru girls who make drinks in public

recent paper/mixed media collage pieces i've done, including my handmade plant-based inks, carved lino blocks, and dried flowers. the carved lino stamps are based on designs from a vintage indian jewellery book. some of the inks used are chestnut, black walnut, cochineal, and sumac 🤎

i tend to collect images that relate to south and southeast asia and focus on that kind of imagery because a lot of paper collage & ephemera is so focused on western imagery and i want to turn away from that. some of the paper i used is sourced from pamphlets from the malaysian sikh organisation my babaji (grandfather) was a member of

By Y. G. Srimati (Indian, 1926–2007), Young Woman in Dressing Room, early 1940s.

Hate having dreams with insane storylines... wdym my younger cousin fought of a mechanical dog laser for me so I could escape a mad man obsessed with me, while the love of my life whisked me away to a theatre for reprieve only to be hunted down so I had to make a run for it again... where I was helped by a kind old lady... and eventually make it back to my town while remaining in hiding where I found out my cousin was dead and I couldn't even grieve properly because I was still in hiding

Sigh it’s so hard being so gorgeous/ugly, funny/annoying, an angel/the most horrible person alive, so lovable/the unwanted friend in the group, perfect/severely mentally ill, etc.
