Grave robbers, when someone suggests robbing Liu Bei’s tomb: Everybody knows his tomb is in Zhuge Liang’s temple, which is one of the most popular temples in the province. The temple is in the busiest and thus one of the most closely policed districts in the city, surrounded by restaurants, markets, and residential homes. This is the temple where the city people come to pray for good luck and hold their annual festivals. I don’t think we could get away with camping out and digging here in the middle of the city.
And because for the last ~1800 years the city remained densely inhabited and the temple popular among the city folk and visitors alike, Liu Bei’s grave became the only royal grave from the three kingdom’s period that remained undisturbed by robbers.
That's kind of neat. It's probably easier than the Egyptian method of piling a bunch of rocks on top of the grave

Carrying a person is an ambition that everyone seeks to achieve, and I agree, it's nice to make someone feel safe, but that includes even YOU. So we have to understand that carrying a person activates virtually all muscle parties in your body. The high amount of stress your body is taking can be reduced depending on the strength of eahc individual muscle -- one mistake and it could cause long-term injuries. Regardless, in this case, every muscle party complements each other and so we must focus on every individual muscle to maximize body strength.
Keep in mind! This is a schedule that is entirely adjusted to my workout routines, it may not work with everyone and it is not intended to be used by people as every workout routine should be set up accordingly to your goals. However, you're free to choose which workout that fits you best.
So here's my schedule:
Day A:
-Biceps- ZA Barbell Curls 4x Hammer curls 4x Reverse bicep pull-ups 4x The twentyone 4x
-Triceps- Pulldowns 4x Narrow Bench presses 4x Overhead Barbell extensions 4x Skullcrusher 4x
-Traps- Weighted shrugs 8x (can be done standing or seated)
Day B:
-Pecs- Bench press 4x One Arm Cable Crossover 4x (30 degree) reclined dumbell press 4x (30 degree) inclined dumbell press 4x
-Back- Pull downs 4x Rows 4x Barbell rows 4x -Calf- Calf raises 6x Calf raise with a leg press machine x3
Day C: Rest
Day D:
-Upper Legs- Bulgarian squats 4x Leg Press 4x Dead Lifts 4x Glut-ham raises 4x
Day E:
-Core- Crunches 4x Leg raises 4x Side crunches 4x Planks 4x
Day F: Rest

was reminded of that youtube channel that records footage of that bridge that scalps trucks today. one of the fascinating developments that's happened since i last heard about it is that, in one of their many attempts to stop the trucks from being can-opened, they installed a traffic light that detects when a vehicle that's over the allowed height is coming and turns red so the driver can stop and hopefully notice the signage all around that's screaming "YOUR VEHICLE IS OVERHEIGHT TURN AROUND" and avoid an accident. However as a result sometimes drivers see the light turning yellow and IMMEDIATELY start flooring it to avoid having to stop, ensuring that the roof of their truck just gets fucking annihilated instantly. Yeah I bought some wooden stakes from Temu and they broke instantly. I wasn't even using any force to put them in my lawn as it rained quite recently. I wouldn't worry too much about any silver bullets you find. They're probably just silver plated.
