I love Vash and Meryl's relationship. They're so precious and endearing 🥺💖 Even tho Meryl is just a mere human, she did her best with Milly to help Vash ! They're both so brave and incredible 🥲💖
This comic is a bit silly now that I re-read it but I did my best on drawing it and I think it's worth sharing 😤💖💖 Hope you'll like it !!

Yup--for those Vash and Hoppered parallels reaching for the (traumatized) woman they care for. Even these pages are drawn similarly:

vamery is about the simmering its about the uncertainty its about the swallowed feelings its about how shes loved him for a while and he fell deeply for her over time but theyr both too unsure of how to bridge the gap its about how she was the first person he ever made a promise to its about how she went the length to collect his old stuff and have a new gun made for him during basically the rapture bc she had 100% faith he was still out there and they'd meet again soon its about the gentle acts of concern, the looks, the reaching out to hold, the being by eachothers side at their worst, the crying for eachother, holding eachother during moments of weakness, its about "you dont think i'll lose do you?" "we're good together arent we?" and "i really wanted him to see i can do more than just cry" "its okay... you dont have to carry this on your own. we're in this together. please never forget that"
