Genuine question!

I have been kinda wanting "longer" projects but still insanely silly and self indulgent and was wondering if anyone would be interested in propaganda posts. What I mean is, if you recall the otome answer and otome recs posts... I wouldn't mind doing more for other games or series!

Would anyone be interested in me attempting to promote things I like in silly comic explanation formats? If so, any ideas on what game/series? My askbox and replies should be available to people for suggestions!

Just, please let it be something I have actually played or watched. Even if I never beat the game, if I drew for it of my own volition, then it's fair game. (So nothing I only drew for commissions, basically.)

Is there ANY interest in me spending time to recommend things I like considering most people follow me because they also like the things I like/draw for?

#moe talks a lot#not art#i just like making silly posts and doodles and i also like sharing thoughts about things i like and why i like them?#but i really dont do well on multi day projects unless i can divide it up on multiple canvases#im working on one info post for ocs and it is currently at i think 3 and a half or 2 and a half canvases#but will probably be 4 or 5 total#im just struggling with severe weather lately (currently raining!) and havent had time aside from quick doodles or taking days to work on#a fake isekai cover art because i lost power mid working on it#i debated doing the silly propaganda posts for just games ive played but realized that#if ive drawn anything for an anime it means i really love it and therefore would be delighted to share why in most cases

So quick explanation of rather old art that I never finished either attempt at but it was for the exact same concept because I am a creature of habit. In the tv show Major Crimes, S2 Ep9, it happens to be my absolute favorite episode of a crime show literally ever. It's wonderful. I adored it.

But in the end of the episode you have the court scene where a bunch of people are basically pleading their case and circumstances and the faces the judge makes listening to it? Peak. Love that for the episode. I doubt ANYONE is going to watch the episode based on my silly art and recommendation but, spoilers!

#my characters#they are filled with love for each other especially but are also just really friendly and nice to all the friends#like some of them enjoy jokefully picking on others in the friend group but these two only bring positivity to others#the husband will accept making jokes at his own expense but never at his wifes#and the wife is very quick to point out all her wonderful husbands qualities to counter his joke#like him saying yeah ahaha got a head bonk and now look at where i am! (i am leaning customer service but tbd)#and shes like YEAH LOOK AT YOU ! having the time to LEARN ENGINEERING AND TECHNICIAN STUFF to HELP AROUND THE HOUSE#IN YOUR SPARE TIME#and she loves to bring up that her husband is really smart#like the man studies and watches videos and learns lots of handy things and then goes and builds a guillotine in another world#and then when he jokes about it like a fake reporter saying#well now that youre no longer able to be a pro athlete we all wanna know what ARE you doing in your time?#and then sliding over to answer solemnly making guillotines in another dimension for fun#but the fact is he literally just MAKES a guillotine for himself and it WORKS#anyway work is being mean and ill post art again before work tomorrow bc i go in at 2pm#and then when i get off work i have to go home and sleep asap so i can be back at work at 5am#so expect really lazy whatevers tomorrow and wednesday bc work sucks

ft: awkward tension / rare pairs / eventual happy endings

#my characters#by design only#i actually didnt make a fake isekai plot tag the last time i drew a fake isekai plot lmao#but anyway the happy ending is for the saintess and her handmaid getting married#meanwhile the awkward tension is just literally everyone being awkwardly tense except for the royal guard#who is just too tired to care about tension#and he gets to hear really fun secrets and has lots of ammo against the second prince#when the saintess asks him how he knows such intricate childhood info of the second prince#the guard just smiles and says even a nobody can have a secret#and the secret is actually hes in a relationship with the kings brother#so he gets the princes uncle telling him all about his funny lil nephews in private#and the reason i would include it as a rare pair is because YOU DONT FIND THAT OUT IN THE 12 EPISODE ANIME#that doesnt exist and wont exist but rather its in the light novel that ALSO doesnt and wont exist#in the anime the only thing you get as a hint to the guards relationship is the uncle visits in like episode 4#and the guard shows up to kneel and then ask if he should escort him to his room and the uncle says that sounds wonderful#and then you just dont see the guard for the rest of the episode so the non existent fans of a nonexistent series#looked at it with slash goggles and assumed it was a crack ship but nope its actually canon#and the maid and saintess have lots of awkward tension and feelings for each other#and then they get married in ep12 where fans (that still dont exist) say it came out of nowhere#also the toxic prince is more of a cameo than the focus ??#like you have the saintess leading the show and off in the distance you see him and she gives snarky and sassy commentary#and the maid will smile at her but its not a maids place to insult a prince so she politely doesnt#think of it as like a nature documentary where the saintess is talking about the life of a toxic man from a distance to her future wife

The dead /do/ talk.

#my characters#deacon likes to (before being hired as bodyguard to ymber) go to ymbers temple#and just sit and listen to the souls around him talking#he likes hearing how alive they sound despite being dead - how invested they are in the water deity and the city#he loves just sitting there and letting others talk around him without expecting him to answer#i imagine this is five seconds before ymber enters the temple and makes his way to sit#and deacon panics cause he can sense ymber most times but because of that he should have KNOWN ymber was close#but ymbers energy wasnt even remotely close and oh ok thats cause hes hurt#so deacon informs him very awkwardly after the dead silence You're Bleeding#and ymber is caught off guard cause its 2am and he didnt expect anyone in his temple actually so he wasnt paying attention#now the two are stuck in the temple while having minor panics internally because of#oh my gosh theres some random citizen ive never spoken to staring at my stomach wound what do i do i probably look pathetic#and also oh my gosh theres the deity ive been trying to avoid most of my life and hes injured and can a deity die that looks serious

#my characters#casually adding traits to valdas to make him super pointy#solei is so round and flowy with a circle halo and soft floofy long hair and round ears#then you have mehra being pink and fluffy with a fluffed collar and very much a visual softness#her angular star halo being just about the sharpest thing about her ?? and i love her#but then valdas has pointy ears and a triangle halo and now fangs!#oh and his collar is angular and triangled vs solei with rounder collars and cloaks#valdas and mehra might be super duper side characters#but im fond of them both and how they combine with solei to be the pettiest trio of gods/goddesses#ive only ever designed soleis wings though so i at some point should give wings to the other two

#my characters#deacon getting bullied by all the deities for being a freak of a guy is so funny to me cause yeah he kinda deserves#the title of being a freak of a guy but in his mind he deserves it for the wrong reasons#like surely the deities think hes weird because he can hear the dead - surely THATS what makes him weird to them#no actually thats just a trait you got from your mom and its actually a trait native to the wind city#it just sucks cause you live in the water city and listening to the dead isnt a thing there#then he finds out he cant drown after a water blessing and hes like OH THATS SO WEIRD and all the deities just#no actually what else would you expect from a water blessing lmao#they just think hes weird because he asks a lot of questions that THEY think are weird#like when he asks fulj about foods she likes - she doesnt have to eat why the heck does it matter#but hes just a human thinking thats a normal topic! find out stuff for your friends! even if your friends hate you!#fulj needs to possess people sometimes and she specifically has two followers she does this with#and so deacon finds out and immediately asks her to possess him bc he doesnt know what its like help#she declines so he goes to his boss and asks HIM please possess me its for research PLEASE I JUST WANNA KNOW#deacon is a mess of anxiety at times bc his job is to act as bodyguard to an immortal#and hes clearly inferior to the deity so like hey why is he even there hes so useless#and he has face blindness so when he helps someone out and ymber sees him hes like oh who was that#and deacon very honestly says i have no idea why?#hes just a helpful guy ! he cant remember and identify most people! he listens to the dead! hes just a guy!#fulj bullies him as a plot point and is character development for her and she does grow past malice#but teasing deacon is still REALLY fun so sucks to be him! shes still got him on lock
