No, requests for your interpretations & descriptions of the gods will not be drawn. I like drawing my versions and they’re a hassle to make enough.
But don’t let that stop you for telling me any headcanons, or any facts about other gods

Okay um- this was gonna be series of sketches, but I had this idea ever since seeing Neal's concept Amphitrite (which has only been this image). Ever since I felt the urge to make her.. gigantic.. but I like her being the size of the average god, but remembered the Gods just shapeshift so-

I’ve wanted to do art of Poseidon and Amphitrite ever since I designed Amphitrite because I wanted to explore their relationship…
And all I can see rn is angst.. angst that gets resolved of course, but a little heartbroken and ack-

I don't know what's more terrifying: me making designs within the next 24 hours of the last one (technically) three times now, or the fact I'm getting motivation to draw guys (tbf it is mainly for interactions between the gods & art of couples but still).
I forgot to explain why Hephaestus doesn't have anything sentient/second set of eyes like the rest (excluding Aphrodite) of the gods so far. In reality, it's cause I had no ideas, whatsoever. But my headcanon idea is that because he was thrown out of Olympus and raised outside of it, he didn't get a sentient thing. I don't have it all thought out, but I want all the Olympians to have semi-sentient things on their person (with some outside exceptions like Antheia, but she is a Kharities so-). Idk, I'll figure it out. Or not.
Anyway:

Look at thaaaaat another God on my list. Of course I had to do another Goddess though cause they're too fun to make- So I made his wife (who I didn't know was his wife until a while ago) Algaea, one of the Charities/Kharities!
Before I start to spew nonsense and act like I know what I'm doing with these designs, I must give mention to @superscrub323 because of their help. I would not have the ideas of what to do with Hephaestus (and ESPECIALLY Algaea) if now for their assistance, so I take no credit in the rambling I will be doing in this post, except for a few things. We all had this moment with siblings.
Also made a lil bit of lore for Ares’ vulture head. Basically, she was a companion to Ares in battle (idk if I want to make her a person or just a bird, but for rn she’s just a bird). Stricken with grief, he detaches the head and has it sewn onto his cloak.
It feels like a thing gods do a lot, though a lot with plants I’m noticing, so I thought this would make sense.
Also yes the owl is detachable because my friend thought it’d be hilarious for Athena’s helmet to be bald. And they’re correct lol.
Oh yeah I forgot- I forgot about this... back in February... um...
I blame @hellishgayliath. All their fault.
Yeah, no, here's a Persephone. I would be drawing Demeter right 0-now, but I don't have my sketchbook so- maybe Hephaestus?? He doesn't even have board... anyway, this ain't about them, this is about Persephone, so let's get to it.
Idk what’s worse of me; the fact that I finished the full body of this Persephone of mine and want to finish it today, or the fact I have two other goddesses that need to be digitalized and rambled about.
The real answer is the lack of gods I’ve been drawing and Hades is going to be added to that darn pile if I don’t fix something lmao
