You have reached the main blog of a twenty-something, avid enthusiast of biology, merriment, and several things fiction- Call me Scarlet! The homegrown flowers here bloom in many shades of passion, so feel free to take a stroll.

So yeah, this is mostwhat of a multi-fandom menagerie and dumping ground for the things which rattle around in my brain. It is mainly Queue-fed, and while my top interests are hella diverse and ever-fluctuating, this is the main group/area of media you can expect the most return engagement with from me in the foreseeable future:

• Dredge

• The Sly Cooper Game Series

• Rainworld

• Making Fiends

• Invader Zim

• Madcom

• The lesser discussed works of David Firth

• Underrated Indie game creators the likes of KHS, Edmund McMillen, Scriptwelder, etc.

Honestly if you’re hoping for something else on or off this list, don’t be too shy! Who knows, you just might unstick a creative block somewhere.

Cont. on for some lists ‘n links.

Sorry not sorry for the inactivity lately but so… anyone who’s been here for a hot second knows what a neurodivergent freak I can be about entomology and bug appreciatin’ yeah? And my friends know that one of my biggest vices is my vulnerability to open world survival gaming. Well I may or may not have fallen into a new fix called Grounded lately and it is immaculate

Anyone else noticed these MERCenaries from one of the MPN2 trailers?

And a lot more importantly, the fact that these enemies (which were cut from the final game) have Sanford’s double helix tattoo as a design on the back of their shirts?

Hear me out here, we already have Deimos near certainly being an A.A.H.W. dissenter like 2bdamned. I’m wondering how within the realm of possibility it is that Sanford himself might actually be ex-MERC.

And I’m really liking how much sense it starts to make the longer I think about it. The rowdy, brash attitude of MERC forces… the fact that you fight a ton of them who were working in a facility that processes and manufactures explosives, and Sanford’s special skill explored in the game was demolitions,

Just something I’m gonna be chewing over until I get some evidence to the contrary.
