Hello important information!!!

Bread is NOT part of a skeleton's natural diet and feeding it to them can make them sick. Instead try: coins from countries that no longer exist, dead batteries, ballpoint pens, or brass buckles. These are much closer to what skeletons eat in the wild :)

I live in a coastal region and I generally feed the local skeletons with broken seashells collected during low tide, which are high in calcium and other natural minerals. Very occasionally, such as for celebrations such as last night's solstice, a shard of broken ancient pottery makes a great treat, but be careful, as these are sometimes cursed, and may cause issues for some skeletons.

I hear in towns with big candy companies they use to feed their skeletons with candy wrappers. Because of that the skeletons would be also be out in droves around Halloween. And that's why we have skeleton's as a Halloween symbol.

remember kids- feeding candy wrappers to your friendly neighborhood skeletons is harmful to their long term health! try some old pennies or a handful of colorful autumn leaves intead!!

Skeletons are an INVASIVE species to the local ecosystem (the land of the living) and you should NOT be feeding them. If you are caught there is a fine of up to 100 years of lifespan and more than 3 violations will escalate your case to The Court of The Damned (to a predictable end).

Remember! If you see a skeleton? Bone Dissolving Powder is the only thing you should be feeding them !

don’t fall for this anti skeleton propaganda! skeletons are not an invasive species! in fact, they’re more natural to the ecosystems they dwell in than anything living there now! if i see one more person dose a wild skeleton with bone dissolving powder i’ll rip your soul from your body and send you to Hel so fast your body won’t even have time to drop!!!

Do not hurt the young skeletons their souls haven't awoken yet

Hey, PSA for younger/newer transmascs:

Tumblr has been showing targeted ads for "FTM binders" off Amazon. They look like this:

Do not buy these.

A binder is a piece of medical equipment. If you use one incorrectly, or use a poorly made one, you can really fuck up your ribs. This article from the Cleveland Clinic talks about how to bind safely.

A $14 binder is guaranteed not to be safe. There's a reason reputable companies charge more- sometimes a lot more. They have to carefully design binders so they don't crush your ribs or make you sick.

You know how everyone says Don't Bind With Duct Tape? Don't bind with Amazon binders.

the whole debate on why alterhumans are not valid is so odd so i'm gonna debunk their "points"

"you're just mentally ill!" [or something that mentions mental illness] someone's identity can be caused by a mental illness but is that affecting you in any way? is that hurting you? no it isn't so mind your own business

"it doesn't make any sense! it's confusing! i don't understand it!" then learn, google is free

"they're still human!" to you, they're "human" but physically, spiritually, psychologically or any other reason, they're not human and if humans are technically a species of animals, especially if you believe in evolution

"this is all just a phase!" so? why would happen if it was a phase? is that gonna change anything? it doesn't matter if it's a phase or not, let people be who they are, we're living in a floating rock

"you can't identify as nonhuman!" says who? is that a crime? are they hurting anyone? are they hurting YOU?

"if they're gonna identify as an animal then i'll treat them like an animal" by your logic, they can also act like an animal towards you, catkins can scratch you, caninekins can bite you, bearkins can maul you, etc.

"but they're putting litter boxes in schools for nonhumans !!" those are for service animals.

"a therian bit me." no they didn't and if they did, it's probably for a good reason

"therians are attracted to animals!" no we're not, that's called a zoophile and don't generalize a group of individuals like what you do with furries.

"this is all just new gen stuff" no it's not, there's a lot of older alterhumans

"isn't that just being a furry?" no, furries dress up in fursuits, draw anthropomorphic creatures, and/or have fursonas, yes, there's alterhumans who are also furries [i'm one of them] but they're completely different

our identities are personal so it doesn't affect anyone badly at all, sure, you may think it's "weird" but there's really nothing wrong with it :D /gen /srs

This came up at work today for some reason lol. People talking about platypus are always like “they’re so weird and confused haha it’s a beaver with a duck bill!”

Listen. The duck bill is, like… nothing, compared to the fact that…

  • they lay eggs
  • they have a cloaca (only one hole, instead of a urethral orifice, anus, and vagina)
  • they don’t have nipples, their milk just seeps out of the skin
  • their metabolism/body temperature isn’t as high as other mammals
  • they have venom
  • they sense prey by electrolocation

Mammals evolved from reptiles millions of years ago, and monotremes were the earliest group to break off. Basically, they are almost still reptiles. They are as reptile-like as you can possibly be while still qualifying as a mammal.

They are WEIRDER THAN YOU THINK.
