A Palestinian baby was decapitated in an Israeli air strike on a UNRWA-run health clinic in northern Gaza on April 2.

At least 19 Palestinians, including nine children, were killed in the attack. The Israeli army admitted to the strike, claiming without evidence that Hamas members were operating inside the facility.
