Sometimes all you need is a sweet and charming man like John...

You won’t believe how charming (but also chaotic) our himbo can be

I gotta love me the outlaw bastard to pieces because he sure is not all bad

Would be illogical not to write for Spock and give him some love he deserves

Some people really really gottta learn that NOTHING is all "Black or white" and stop thinking like this about literally anything.

Everything you encounter is always nuanced.

Nothing is completely absolutely bad/evil.

Nothing is absolutely completely good/nice.

It's just that one side (might) prevail heavily but that does not mean the other elements are simply gone. You personally may choose to ignore them but never dictate that view on others.

Russell was brought up with an understanding of the power of film gained through the work of his grandfather, who had worked as a film cameraman during the war. Stan Wemyss was a pioneer in New Zealand’s TV industry. He produced documentaries and then worked as a cameraman, risking his life countless times to bring back images of war while under fire himself. His bravery won him the MBE. Five years before Russell was to star in Gladiator, Joy (his grandfather’s wife) handed over to him Stan’s MBE medal together with his dagger, his camera and a selection of wartime stills. It was the medal he would wear with such pride to honour his mentor when he won the Oscar.

I got to meet Russell Crowe this summer at his Indoor Garden Party gig in Inverness. He was so so kind about the above drawing I had brought to get signed (I nearly didn't, so glad I was encouraged to!) and he really took the time to look at it and articulate what it was he liked about it. I, meanwhile, was dumbstruck cause Russell Fucking Crowe 😂

So, fast forward to a couple days ago, and this autograph and the memory of the experience still makes me happy every day (not exaggerating), so I posted about it on Twitter wanting to convey a bit more just what it means to me, not expecting him to see it but putting it out there anyway. And then a few hours later the above happened 😱😍🥰

Maybe not a big deal to some but to me, huge. Means the world ❤️❤️❤️
