Sure ಠ_ಠ, ignoring the pink and the clothing, he still has a slightly feminine face which he embraces and brags about, longer than average hair which he doesn't feel the need to cut, long well trimmed nails, long eyelashes and an attraction to anything cute or aesthetic. Mitsuba knows he's deemed as "girly" for the way he looks and acts but wakes up every morning and actively chooses not to change that. The definite worst argument is the precedent: "He hates being viewed as feminine" argument.

These are also people that are convinced that "femboy" is derogatory, which is plain concerning.
