You smile at your phone before tossing it somewhere on the couch, you and Moka are sitting in the living room on the floor. You were texting both sohee and the group chat before you sent shinyu a message and you decided to refocus your attention on Moka. “Why is Rei now wanting to come over? When we asked earlier she said she was busy but now she’ll just bring Hani with her…” you say letting out a sharp breath “what do those two have going on that everyone seems to know about but me?”

“I know just as much as you y/n, I didn’t even realize they were that close. Buuut enough about other people! I think Shinyu is a nice guy!” you smile at her words before falling over into her lap giggling and she laughs at the sight of you, even his name alone could just get you all giddy and Moka enjoyed that he had that effect on you.

“Love looks good on you y/n, seriously.” she smiles gently stroking your hair, “haven’t seen you glow like this since prom,” you shot up looking at her “prom was a disaster… but i’m glad you like him, and i’m like 87% sure he likes you too?” She raises an eyebrow, “why’d you say it like that…” “I don’t know he’s hard to read sometimes, but he said his teddy grahams with you and he usually doesn’t share those… not even with me so he must have wanted to make a strong first impression.”

She nods and laughs she was about to say something but a knock at the door cause you both to jump up and rush to the door, “open the door dude it’s cold out here” Myungjae continues to knock on the door and you swing it open, “stop! My mom is upstairs.” you say and he whispered ‘i’m sorry’ “idiot” Sohee said pushing him inside the house and then your eyes met his. “Sohee!!” you smiled bright as he walked in the house, he reached his arms out and pulled you into a hug and you hugged him back, he took in the faint smell of you shampoo or maybe even conditioner before pulling away.

Your arms rested on his waist for a bit before eventually letting go. He closed and locked the door for you and you both were about to join Myungjae and Moka in the living room but you here chatter coming from the other side of the door so you unlocked the door and open it seeing Rei and Hani hand in hand, Rei quickly snatches her hand away from his. “Y/N!!” she rushes towards you wrapping her arms and legs around you. “Rei, oh my god!” you both giggle and hani eventually makes his way into the house, “hi y/n,” he chuckles placing a small kiss on your cheek.

“Is this everyone?” Moka yells from the living room and you close and lock the door before making your way into the living room, Moka was sitting in the same spot she was in before you both went to check the door the first time, Myungjae was sitting in a man spread on the couch which you kicked him telling him to close his legs, Rei was standing next to you but she made her way towards Moka sitting next to her laying her head on her shoulder, Seunghan was raiding your refrigerator and you shook your head with a smile, Sohee was sitting on the floor by the couch next to Myungjae and you decided to sit by Sohee.

Chatter filled the once quiet room, everyone talking amongst themselves and you smile at the sight of it all, remembering how you all did this when you were in highschool. “It’s great having you all here like this.” You continue to smile looking at all of them except Myungjae whose head was buried into his phone, “I see some people NEVER change,” you said, snatching his phone from him which caused him to huff.

“Okay then you explain to my mom why I'll be getting home late.” and everyone looks at him confused, “You live with me and Sohee?” Seunghan said and Jae just rolled his eyes, “All my opps in one room,” you just laughed moving onto the couch with Jae and hugging him “i’ve missed this so much.” you smile and everyone else in the room watches you but sohee was looking at Jae, “alright alright alright,” he said pulling you off of him picking up on Sohee’s hint.

“Y/n is extra lovely today,” Seunghan said, squinting his eyes at you, “I know right… something is off, y/n is this a trap?” Rei adds on to what Seunghan said. “Don’t feed into his bullshit Rei.” You roll your eyes scooting to the other end of the couch making sure you kicked Jae in the process. Moka looks at you and you back at her before laughing, “Okay so this is a trap,” Sohee says confidently, “where is he?” Sohee stands up and walks around the living room, “Well he isn't in the kitchen, neither is some food… y/n do better.” Hani adds but you couldn’t even properly process what he was saying since you were dying of laughter.

“This is literally so boring y’all are BORING!” Jae adds, and the sound of the door unlocking caught his attention causing him to lean back on the couch a bit looking at who was coming through the door, “and the night just got a whole like more interesting.” He says with a smirk.

“Y/n! Moka!” Shinyu yells from the door, “a little help?” a light chuckle escaped his lips but you and moka were still laughing so Hani and Jae decided to go help him instead, “we’ll help dude,” Hani said, grabbing a few bags from him and Jae followed his lead.

“Shinyu, right?” Jae asked and he nodded. “Oh this is going to be a fun night,” and Jae laughed and Seunghan glared at him mouthing the word ‘stop’ Jae nodded and they walked to put the bags in the kitchen, “Hi Shinyu!” Rei waves at him and he gives her a small ‘hey’ in return.

You heard Shinyu’s name and stopped laughing looking around and you found him in the kitchen with Jae and Hani. Sohee was nowhere to be seen, maybe he was upstairs in the bathroom, “Hi baby! I didn’t hear you come in.” You wrap your arms around him and hugs you back kissing your forehead, “I didn’t know everyone was already here I would’ve just told you to send the guys to help me out,” he adds and you let out a hum, “sorry about that I was to busy laughing with Moka.” “No, don't apologize.” he kissed your forehead again before pressing a kiss onto your lips.

“Yuck!” Jae says walking in between you two and you playfully push him and he falls dramatically, “oh brother…” you roll your eyes before laughing.

Hani is still in the kitchen but he’s typing something on his phone and you see Rei on her phone so you just got the idea that they must be texting each other.

Laughter fills the room as Sohee emerges from upstairs, you look over your shoulder and smile at him and he smiles back before sitting next to Rei on the floor, “all the fruit farmers in one room? I must be lucky.” Shinyu said, attempting to lighten the mood, everyone laughed but Myungjae, “tuff crowd…” you say clearing your throat before standing up and Shinyu does the same, his hands still resting on your waist “Oh god… are you pregnant??” Rei says and Sohee starts choking on air causing everyone to laugh but Shinyu, “no! Of course I'm not pregnant, I just want to formally introduce you all to my boyfriend.” You smile.

You quickly introduce them to him before sitting back down beside him, “So, any questions?” you ask looking around and Seunghan raises his hand, “Where did you both meet?” “At a baseball game, my brother plays baseball and y/n was there volunteering and the rest is history.” you nod smiling, “wow that’s just so… boring.” Jae said, clapping his hands in a mocking way, “Jaehyun I will strangle you.” you whispered before redirecting your focus towards the others and Shinyu gives you waist a light squeeze.

“Any questions for us?” Rei asked, “yes I do have one actually, i’ve been curious about this since the first time I saw it. What’s the origin behind fruit farmers?” And Rei smiled brightly before looking at Sohee, “go on, tell the story!” she says.

he rolls his eyes jokingly then proceeds to speak “it was prom night-” you cut him off “yeah I don’t think we should tell this story!” you said, your eyes darting between Sohee and Shinyu “wait… why not?” Shinyu asks, “prom night was a disaster.”

“A disaster?” Sohee questions before scoffing, “not like that… something’s I just regret doing that night…” you add. Sohee squints his eyes at you… “un-huh, right… it’s getting late I think me and Jae should be heading back home now.”

“But it’s getting interesting,” he pouts, pushing himself up and off the couch. “It’s always nice seeing you y/n, nice meeting you Shinyu.” Jae adds.

“Oh wait sohee before you go, y/n told me to get you those juice boxes you like!” He spoke softly, getting off the couch and going into the kitchen searching through the bags to find the juice in which he went to multiple stores to find.

Seunghan and Myungjae look at each other with a knowing look before refocusing their attention back to Shinyu who was now walking towards Sohee with the bag, “thank you both, I appreciate it.” His tone is cold but genuinely, he grabs the bag and both him and Jae make their way out the door.

“Fucking hell bro,” Sohee says looking inside the bag and Jae glances inside the bag, “are those?” “Yes, these are fucking juices from prom night.”
