i'm finally back from vacation and I will continue the challenge starting tomorrow!!

About the trip:

I went to turkey with my family and for the first few days nothing went right: first I had an eye infection and couldnt wear my lenses so I was running around seeing nothing and then I got food poisoning (after that it was pretty fun)

Also I had a small crush on this guy in my hotel but before I could talk to him he left ๐Ÿ˜ช

Anyways I'm home now and ready to get back on track !!!

- I tried the -1kg HIIT workout today and I nearly passed out so I gave up and did pilates instead

- I had go work spontaneously today because my coworker was sick (5 hours)

- Once I got home I quickly ate dinner and got ready for bed
