was gonna put an inspirational quote here, but I'm too lazy

Zexion Appreciation Month: Day 17-18.

I was working on this for two days for some reason so I will count it for two days. This was inspired completely by the game #Transistor This is Zexion with a sword based off Marluxia’s colors. The sword is Marluxia.

zexion didn’t change that much but have an up date anyway the con we are all cosplaying these to is in the summer so i changed his shirt to short sleeves so my friend wont die of heat stroke and it gave me the chance to give him more jewelry cuz i like the idea of needing different magic stones to enhance different types of magic

but now that i have the others drawn out there are things in need to change on him to have him fit the group better though

I love the subtle differences in just expressions for Zexion and Ienzo.

Like Zexion always has like slight narrowed eyes, eyebrows tilted inwards, and a stern/serious expression. He totally will stab you in the back. Lol.

And then here is cutie Ienzo with his wider eyes and softer expression. Seems like he got a bit more of a baby face too. *pokes his cheek* Such a cinnamon roll.

They both, however, suffer from messy hair syndrome.

do you know how dreadful 3:00PM tea time is with out the proper side snack?

you can’t beat this kind of team work.

This. This is amazing. Those two= BBFs for nonexistant life. Vexen- you have raised little Ienzo into a proper man.

I find Zexion fascinating. If you don't know who I'm talking about, Zexion is an antagonist from Chain of Memories, and shows up in Riku's story.

The thing about Zexion is the fact that not only can he disguise himself, but he's an empath. Other villains in KH are empaths, however, Zexion doesn't use fancy words to hid it. No, his words are full of "understanding" but are meant to push a character toward feeling or seeing something in his way. In other words, his words are empathic, but their intent is to hurt not help.

In other words, Zexion uses his empathy as a weapon and that's really messed up. I would argue even more messed up than Master Xehanort.

The reason why Zexion choses to act the way he does, is even sadder. He wants the organization to stay together as a community. He's willing to fight for that, this only family he has.

If that sounds a bit familiar, well, then you're seeing what I do: the connection to Sora. In fact, the story itself encourages this by having Zexion disguise himself as Sora to manipulate Riku. The scene is a bit creepy as Sora is just a puppet here, and while it almost rings true, it doesn't quite do it. But Zexion knew enough to "play" Sora.

As if, deep down, their temperaments are just enough the same. And that got me thinking. Is Zexion showing us who Sora could be if he went down a dark path?

I'd say yes. After all, Sora is very community and connection minded. Not only that, we know he's an empath, and if he truly thought about it, he could use his words to hurt others. He just hasn't grown enough yet emotionally. So it makes me wonder what could be, and what could have been. Who would have thought that little Ienzo could grow up to be someone so...interesting. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
