I am just a girl who has a lot going on inside my head, and this blog is my way of putting all my thoughts in order (in the form of poems and my ideas just written out). One day I hope I forget the days I wasted sitting alone in my room. All I did was waste my time and fuel my stress with gloom. The stairs to my dreams steepen, slowly with every step, is the pain all worth it or will I just fall down again, lonely and depressed.

You compare every hardship, as if mine’s not real, My struggles dismissed by your exaggerated appeal. When I shared my failure, you made it about you, Saying your hurt is worse—when will you have a clue?

You are not a people pleaser. By simply trying to get your point across, but not being able to because you believe they wouldn't understand, you are trying to almost decrease the severity of the situation but not wanting it to end. You are not purposely trying to 'please' them, by discontinuing a conversation.

When I wake up from a dream I feel the whole world laughing at me, because for a second I thought that perfect life was my reality.

It really depends why you stay silent, is it to keep your sanity or theirs?
