Brain Bookmarks
I can now post the set of bookmarks I made for ERROR: 0x46921 - A KHUχ Brain Zine in 2023!
This was so much fun, I loved working on these.
Initially, I had to only do one bookmark, but then i couldn't decide between my sketches and decided that I would just power through and finalize all of them.

The Final Border
Another Kingdom Hearts sketch finalized! Still trying out the style to learn which steps I prefer and what I need to twist to suit my needs.
I think it actually went smoother than the last one, despite the added complexity - because I started to hit my stride with the style.

Trying out a different style than usual and seeing how I like it. So far I am really liking it, it was surprisingly fun. I did not have as much trouble separating everything onto different layers as I feared!

Zora Waking - illustration
Final of Zora waking surrounded by Vilas.
This one took me a while, but I think it helped me learn to let go of the idea that I have to finish a piece in a single day or otherwise count it a failure. In fact, this piece benefited from being stretched out across multiple days with a bunch of breaks. It allowed me to view it with fresh eyes and pick my battles for each hour of work. It's not perfect, but it's done and that's even better! I did not record any of it and maybe that helped too, I'll see when I do try and record future illustrations.

For those interested Zora is a Slavic goddess of Dawn and Vila are fairies (though closer to fae) these are some of my design interpretations based on resources I've read. The moment depicted being one of Zora's 'birth' from a mountain flower.

Today, my Redbubble account's details got changed while I was asleep ad the store was immediately closed by Redbubble - I figure they assumed this was under 'fradulent activity'....which is both good and bad for me.
Might be able to get it reinstated, might not, but at least the hacker can't be using it right?
No idea when or if I'll manage that, so from now on that link will not be in post descriptions.
