Hi! I'm Nightsky or Meredith. Some things you will find on this blog include but aren’t limited to: Formula One, The Stormlight Archive, The Lord of the Rings/The Silmarillion, and whatever TV show I've been watching. I like to know a little bit about a lot of things, such as astronomy, vulcanology, and Western historical fashion of many time periods. Sometimes I also post about my sewing or knitting projects! I have an ao3 account under nightskylonging as well, though I don't post much there.

I was rereading Wheel Of Time and one thing I love is that you don’t get Mat’s point of view until the third book. I mean the first two books you watch Mat say all the wrong things and be a complete idiot and you’re like “What is this guy doing?!”, and then you get to the Dragon Reborn and you’re like “Oh, that’s what goes on in his head” and you still think he’s an idiot, but now you experience the comedic genius that he is
